So who is Spartan-85? I'll start in the beginning. My earliest memories of playing video games was going with my grandma and my uncle (who had down syndrome) to the grocery store. In the back, they had a small arcade where my uncle and I would play games while my grandma shopped. We had so much fun playing games like Double Dragon,, Final Fight, Streets of Rage, Mortal Kombat, Donkey Kong, Mario, Galaga and so many others!
I got my very first console ever in the early 90's, the Nintendo Entertainment System, or NES. I remember having to blow the dust out of the cartridges because I played them so much. My brother and I would play super mario brothers and dunk hunt for hours.
Fast forward through the ages, I have owned almost every console there is, the NES, Super NES, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Nintendo 64, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S and the Nintendo Switch. Gaming to me is a way to forget the world and to hang out with my friends. Some of my fondest memories were playing online in Halo 2, where we had clans, huge clan wars, and just had an amazing time.
I really got started watching youtube videos of creators playing video games while working midnights as a police officer. It kept me awake and passed the time between calls and reports. My first big inspirations that planted the idea of starting my own channel were, Markiplier, Lord Minion777, Unspeakable, Ninja and Glock9. I really enjoyed Markiplier's style and how he played a very wide variety of games. I enjoyed Lord Minions multiplayer series and comedy.
The two biggest inspirations that got me hooked into 7 Days to DIe and wanting to start my own channel playing 7 Days to DIe were Neebs Gaming and Glock9. The actual game, 7 Days to Die is what I decided I wanted to focus on because I felt it was a mix of two of my all time favorite games, Fallout and Minecraft. I literally one day googled games similar to Fallout and Minecraft and 7 Days to Die came up. I started buying equipment on Ebay and Amazon and the rest is history!!
Things that I try to stay true about are always stay humble, treat everyone with respect, know where you started and how hard you have worked to get here, set an example, help others when they need it, be a blessing to others, and when you don't know what to do or what will happen, Smile!
I would like to see the channel morph into a wide variety gaming channel eventually, but 7 Days to Die still holds my heart. I still love making tutorials, and especially 7 Days to Die tutorials The next big game on my radar that I am super excited about is probably Starfied.

Lots of people talking about the drab grey color of the zombies. Wouldn’t that be the color of long dead flesh? Wouldn’t be pink and vibrant anymore. Maybe need old grey zombies and fresh bloodied ones.

Great video Spartan! I dislike the new grayish skin. I think it would’ve been better to just add different regular skin colors to zombies to continue with the variety. Like maybe make some grey and dingy to show decay but not all of them 😭
Also, the primitive armor has zero perks. It was showing increased movement speed because you had negative from the miner armor 👌🏼 keep it up!!
Played console when it first came out. Don’t have time to get a PC and play PC I’m soooo excited for this to hit console! You will need to do a tutorial for all of us console players

Unfortunately I'm unable to play 1.0, but it looks killer! I religiously watch you and Glock9, and I commented telling him that I need you two to Collab! Lol cause it would be super awesome! Currently looking into other streamers you've mentioned as well and finally got to see Steve's beautiful beard! Haha.. oh, it's been a blast honestly! 😃

@@Spartan85 I’ve talked 2 friends into it and they suggest us doing maps as like a season breaking days into 3s and having it episodic so 33 ish episodes before the next map but as for building and such idk I’ve only played it on console so I’ll learn as I go
Ugh first thought for darker zombies. Why,?, console zombies sigh. Liked the colorful pc version. Big Mama not going dancing anymore. Scrawny lumber Jack's. I really wanna know why.
I really don’t know why, I didn’t see it coming at all, the alpha 20 and 21 zombies looked the best, not sure if it’s an optimization thing or what
Been playing 7 Days religiously since A17, presently closing in on 13000 hours of game time, think 1.0 is the best move the Fun Pimps have made to date. Do enjoy the update.
That’s a lot of hours, nice that you have that many hours and still enjoy the game and the updates. What do you think of the darker zombies, I just can’t wrap my head around it quite yet lol
