The lack of youtube videos on harrp is a bit suspicious to me. Almost like damage control
You can't think of anything else? Like perhaps it isn't important to know or dangerous? Literally just think about the fact that there are any videos at all, let alone written comments from users with access to all of their information that suggest this is a weapon of mass destruction. Why are they not taken down or flagged? See thats what doesn't make sense to me about people like you that insist on things like chemtrails being made for harm on a massive scale. Whats the point if the masses are mind controlled yet you think saying something in the comment section of a youtube video with some thousands of views is worth saying?

It's fascinating that this is a conspiracy people actually believe in. They literally think countries causing random natural disasters with electromagnetic weather manipulation is more of a logical cause for extreme weather than climate change... It's has got to be either just severe stupidity or people doing anything to shift blame and responsibility for climate change.
If it was really possible to manipulate weather across the world it would be used to improve climates, not to ruin it. There is no good reason for the US to cause natural disasters in random countries. To use it for good, as a selling point it would be biggest business breakthrough ever.

Well. It was first time I haid all two months rainy vacation in a city in Poland. Lots of chemtrails - not contrails, as those are made by jet engines at high altitudes - at cloud height. And 2-3 hours later gloom over the city. Over and over again. Cloud seeding is well known and used in countries like Saudi Arabia. But noooo! I'm a conspiracy theorist by suggesting that there's something pretty odd with a weather this summer. It's climate change. ;)

I've heard it a few times while it was broadcasting also those are just sub stations so that the main facility in Alaska can broadcast the same radio waves and continue to mimic the radio waves but the substations can act as a mini HAARP facility its just that they have limitations

Please do the research. It is more than possible to make something resonate and shatter, shake, or quake. I have followed haarp and it’s power and possibilities for many years. Concentrated radio frequency energy can be reflected and focused to a finite point to cause heat, obliterate tumours, and show and tell you your baby’s sex. Think about that for a moment, it can also be used as a weapon sonically and can penetrate the ground to great depths. Offset of stereo frequencies can set up frequencies that can cause pain inside your head. Do the math, and research when each particular facility is in operation. Yes there is more than one, you will find anomalies of when they were active and connect the dots to events of weather and seismic activity within 48 hours. The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is the world’s most capable high-power, high frequency (HF) transmitter for study of the ionosphere. The principal instrument is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a phased array of 180 HF crossed-dipole antennas spread across 33 acres and capable of radiating 3.6 megawatts into the upper atmosphere and ionosphere. Transmit frequencies are selectable in the range of 2.7 to 10 MHz, and since the antennas form a sophisticated phased array, the transmitted beam can take many shapes, can be scanned over a wide angular range and multiple beams can be formed. The facility uses 30 transmitter shelters, each with six pairs of 10 kilowatt transmitters, to achieve the 3.6 MW transmit power.
The goal of the research at HAARP is to conduct fundamental study of the physical processes at work in the very highest portions of our atmosphere, called the thermosphere and ionosphere. This research falls into two categories (1) active, which requires the use of the Ionospheric Research Instrument and (2) passive, which only uses monitoring instruments.
The ionosphere starts at about 60 to 80 km altitude and extends up above 500 km altitude. There are free electrons and ions in the ionosphere that radio waves can interact with. HAARP radio waves heat the electrons and create small perturbations that are similar to the kinds of interactions that happen in nature. Natural phenomena are random and are often difficult to observe. With HAARP, scientists can control when and where the perturbations occur so they can measure their effects. In addition, they can repeat experiments to confirm the measurements really show what researchers think they do.
So what are they actually trying to research and understand, or is it a cause and effect machine?😮

I have heard it transmitting before but it’s been about three or four years ago using my RTL-SDR. There’s a program called ghosts in the air glow, and they combine art with RF using SSTV and NBTV transmissions. People send reports in when they are able to decode one.
Amanda, Dawn Christie heads up the project, and it appears they are still scheduling shows as of October of this year.
On what frequency did you hear it?

Defiantly a weapon
Apparently there was something useful to this technology because a much earlier version was originally built in Platteville Colorado starting back in 1962 and more or less ending in the 80's. I think the main objective was an "over the horizon radar" system similar to the Russian woodpecker located near chernobyl.
So as I'm working on the rotation of some of these minerals and material did they not want to go down to Australia cuz I was learning how to bulb out did they come up there with my designs

Here in Western Australia, we are at the start of summer. We had a few days of 27°-30°c (clear skies) which is normal.. Then we have 2 days of 41°-43° then next day (after 2 days of extreme heat and intense UV and even weather alerts on our weather apps warning of the extreme UV...) we get 22° after the skies were plastered with chems the night/early morning before. Day after we had rain when google says no chance of rain..

I live in Mississippi, for the last 3 year's have seen more rain than the sun, last summer got so hot you couldn't breathe, last year fought absess on my pony for 7 month's, every time he would get better more and more rain til finally he passed, my neighbor has cattle and because of NON STOP rain he had many cattle he had to doctor on for absess, haven't asked if at this time he has had to deal again with this. I can tell you I believe in Haarp and who ever is doing this non stop weather I don't know how they sleep at night , I have huge tree limbs all over my place at this time from ice storm in January, I have never been so upset with this horrible harrp , I live in the country with many animal's and this is evil in my opinion. Latest on Harrp, a few day's ago when high wind came in it tore up my garage door, 6 month's ago between hard rain and very high wind broke my metal's flag pole in half, that cost à 100.oo to get fixed and yesterday 03/07/23 got a estimate of 425.00 on huge limbs all around my property, my German Shepherds have suffered one way or the other for last 3 year's, and yes they have heat and air but are scared of storms, I called farm bureau and they said there phone has been non stop, I live on fixed income and yes will have to pay again , nothing brings back a animal's life, I hope who ever is in control of this does some soul searching, this is so evil, for anyone that questions haarp go in and look at other States weather and check DRASTIC CHANGES WITH IN A 3 HOUR SPAN, IT IS NON STOP, AS FAR AS NON STOP LOOK AT MISSISSIPPI AND LOOK AT OTHER STATE'S, I HAVE 😪, I am 63 live on a farm and so fed up with the evil I see, have lived at same place for 32 year's and Never has it been like this, would move if I could afford to , God Bless the World , one more thing read about chem trails and weather modification, between these three thing's you have your answer to weather.
I can only find videos on this topic that say they debunk it, but I remember being a child and I never saw these things linger in the sky and spread far and wide until the sky is totally white. I honestly don't know what to think, however Genesis 6:11 says in the days of Noah "the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence." The word "corrupt" in this verse means "ruined". So I believe that man is in the process of ruining the earth, Chem trails are entirely possible but I'm not 100% sure yet.

Y’all I never knew what this was but long story short I work for Amazon and when I get done heading home to get on the interstate they have these on the flat beds of 18 wheelers I have passed 5-10 trucks in the past 4 months also since those 4 months driving back I see at least 1-3 tanks/or army vehicles on a flat bad as well somethings bout to go down
