WOWZA! Am talking about 'Dirty Duck', exceeding 194 mph (only 2nd boat ever to exceed 190!!), with Coil (driver) & Williams (throttle), doing the 'light fantastic' deed. This past weekend (Labor Day type, in St. Pete, FL), saw, in person, both of them take a SOLID 3rd place, in the exciting Offshore Super Stock boat class race, Sat- Sep 2. Myrick Coil, went on Sunday (Sep 3) to both finish 3rd in the Offshore season finale, Class 1 race (the fastest Offshore class- twin turbo charged 1100 hp Merc inboard motors), then followed with a HUGE win, later in the Super Cat class (twin 750 hp Merc inboards) with team owner- Tyler Miller, throttle in both Sunday races. They are BUSY GUYS!!! AND they are a GREAT TEAM!!!!
What about Tuff Marine with the Tuff 34? Fastest single engine v-hull with an 1100 merc that ran 135mph. That boat hit 148mph at the rev limiter in Ontario.
