No not at all.
1) balanced diet
2) regular trims
3 ) oiling
4) use mild shampoo
5) use conditioner
6) diy mask ( curd, Lemom, egg, oil)
7) dont heat or style hair too much don't use hair sprays
8) tie your hair loosely and braid it before sleeping
9) use microfiber towel instead of normal tower
10) massage scalp
11) do yoga for hair

Firstly thanks a lot for such an informative video but a point I picked from this video is "trimming up the hair promotes hair growth " hairs are meant to be grown up from the root not the tip . But Yes you are right at a point where u mentioned trimming helps to prevent split ends . Overall awsm video 😊
