at cairo the young men will try to speak to u at the street but without they do any thing bad with u, only they will try to talk with u. generally it is safe and the people very friendly

I visited Egypt this year for the first time and it was such an amazing experience! Egyptians are very welcoming, warm and humble people, seeing the great pyramids in person is beyond this world.. I can’t wait to go back next year!

I was in Egypt for a few years and this is the most authentic video I have seen. All the places were familiar to me and it made me miss Cairo so much. Thank you for your outstanding reminder of this amazing place. Can't wait to get back to Khan al Kalili and out on the Nile in a falouka.

I'm an American, but my wife is Egyptian, and I lived in Cairo for a year, and I'm a Muslim convert. Thank you very much for the respect you showed to Islam and Muslims in this video. With all of the terrible stereotypes that people have, it's beautiful to see Islamic architecture, humble Muslims, people who carry themselves with such love and respect like the man on the Nile, and people sharing food during Ramadan. Egyptians really are open, loving, caring people, and even though you're mostly speaking about the tourist sites, the people really shine through.

The Citadel is one of the beautiful places in Cairo. I remember that I took a nap inside the mosque. I miss Cairo mainly in Ramadan month.

After returning from Egypt last week. I truly believe it is one of the greatest experiences of my life, I had always wanted to see the pyramids and my daughter happened to be there for an extended stay so my wife and I visited and stayed in Giza with my daughters boyfriend as an interpreter and guide. The people are amazing and full of life and happiness I wish all the world could feel! I may not agreed with all of their customs but they put up with mine while I was there. I never felt unsafe as this video describes, but I felt far from home for a few days. When I was getting ready to come home I felt I was leaving a part of me behind here, I drank water from the Nile and had liver of the camel..... I guess that means I will return. A word of advice is ride the tuk tuks and microbus or Uber the driving is like Boston on steroids. Thank you Egypt and thanks for this wonderful video! I love you Cairo!

Wow! this has been the best El Cairo travellers video. I've never seen videos of El Cairo Museum filmed and explained so explicitly. I like it because you don't focus your camera too much in your face, like most of those youtubers-travellers-vloggers do. Plus you put a different music, makes it more original. You really focus on the scene your filming and explaining it at the same time. Excellent.

Just came back from Egypt visited from Los Angeles! The airport was insane! It took so long to get out of the terminal! Yes Uber is the best option! Traveled Cairo-Luxor-Aswan-Abu Simbel and it was incredible! And I stood in the same spot @ 3:21 to take pictures lol it was the only spot where vendors couldn’t harass you because it’s a little hill lol
