- Seoul, South Korea Join me on an unforgettable journey as I share my first impressions of this bustling metropolis and dive deep into the heart of one of its most iconic destinations: Myeong-dong Street in Seoul
Nestled in the heart of Seoul, Bustling Myeong-dong is a shopping area packed with international fashion brands, luxury department stores and homegrown cosmetics shops. Casual eateries offer Korean dumplings and ginseng chicken soup, while street vendors sell Japanese and Thai snacks. Shows mixing folk music and drama are staged at Myeongdong Nanta Theatre. Nearby 19th-century Myeong-dong Cathedral features a Gothic-style bell tower.
In this video, I'll be taking you along as I explore the sights, sounds, and flavors of Myeongdong Street. From the moment you step foot onto its lively streets, you'll be greeted by the tantalizing aroma of sizzling street food and the buzz of excited shoppers.
As I weave through the bustling crowds, I'll be sampling some of the area's most iconic street food delicacies, from crispy fried chicken and spicy tteokbokki to sweet and savory hotteok pancakes. Along the way, I'll also be sharing my thoughts and impressions of the area, from its bustling energy to its unique blend of traditional and modern influences.
But Myeongdong is more than just a food lover's paradise - it's also a hub of culture and entertainment. From traditional Korean dance performances to modern K-pop dance covers, you'll find no shortage of entertainment options to keep you entertained as you explore the area.
Whether you're a foodie looking to tantalize your taste buds or a culture enthusiast eager to immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Seoul, this video is sure to inspire your next adventure. So grab a snack, sit back, and join me as we embark on an unforgettable journey through the streets of Myeongdong.

☺️🙏
Interesting. Never been
Hi solo Assalamu alaikum amazing video as usual
I got a question regarding hidden cams everywhere in S.Korea is that true ? Is it safe to travel with my family ? Please give me an insight on that , hope it’s not true
Hidden cameras I'm not sure but there are many cameras here and overall it's really safe for a family to travel here 😃
@@TravelingSoloLogs
Hidden cams on public toilets and air BNB ‘s it was on the news ,
Yeah I watched your other video as well the hongdae street u mentioned about lot of CCtv cameras , any way thank you
Would like to see videos from busan and gwangju as well
I'm Korean, and I saw the video, too. It's not Korea. The electrical outlets in the video were not Korea's. It's fake.
@@pumukle7thank you so u recommend me to visit with my family ? And it’s very safe yes ? it’s the dream destination ❤
@@mohamednaflan4722 I think Korea is the safest country. Apple‘s advertising video of a woman jogging at dawn is not a strange thing in Korea.
If your fro LA or CA it more expensive
You know the difference
Yeah, I can imagine
Was hoping you would get some stinky fried tofu while you are there.
So far, I didn't see any. You like it? I saw a lot of kimchi though 🤤
@@TravelingSoloLogs yes, it's not as bad as you think. Of course you have seen a lot of kimchi, they eat it 3 times a day and with everything.
I'm Korean, but this was my first time knowing... I thought the people selling street food were Korean (I've never been to Myeongdong).
I'm glad to show you, yeah some of them are from China or other countries
딱 명동 길거리 노점상 75%이상은 중국인들입니다. 그래서 가격도 터무니없이 비싸죠. 현지인은 거의 안가는 곳ㅋㅋ
Assalamualaikum..be careful brother find halal food ok ? I know have some halal food ..i love u all videos ❤❤❤
Wasalam, hope you are doing well! Thanks for watching 😃
Which country is hotter, Malaysia or Philippines. Also, can you compare both of them of what's like living there
I haven't lived in the Philippines too long to compare but both are really hot 🔥🔥🔥
@@TravelingSoloLogs I hope you do it, especially food, accommodations, weather, general price range of each country and lastly how social people are in both countries
Even from a Korean point of view, Myeongdong doesn't seem to be Korea. All the street vendors are Chinese, and all the people walking around are foreign tourists.. So, the price is ridiculously high, so it's a place that few locals go to.
Interesting, thanks for sharing the info
