I feel like I'm the only one who's come to terms with my sims aging and eventually dying, except for the six sims who has a professions career because I'd hate to restart those with new sims lol. I'm actually looking forward to my old sims dying and new sims entering my town. Even though I'm a bit sad that the first sim I ever created is going to eventually loose the love of his life and his kids... I'll just recreate them for him...
I agree with everyone this quest is sooo stupid it ruins the game. Ur sims age way too quickly! All of my sims are dying! It's so not fair! Here's a better idea: Sims should age up every year on the day they were created. And if people think a year is too long then at least make it a month! I mean come on now! If and infant sleeps when it wakes up it becomes a toddler!!! I hate it!!!!! I added a baby at least 2 days ago and it's already a preteen and almost a teen!!! I'm so stressed because everyday I have to check this game!

Great video! I would just like to add that in my experience, choosing the "go to work as X" life dream is generally the fastest way to get through the adult life stage (especially if you create a new sim). This also frees up the rest of the day to do gardening for money or hobbies to earn LP.
I remember when the game let you choose a personality from the start. You made a Sim and chose a personality. I don't remember it doing much other than changing the animations that the Sim did, i.e. a musical Sim would play air guitar.

I love this updated be cuz its a bit more like real life and it makes the limit on the amount of Sims u have bcuz once u hit lvl 55 u can only have 34 Sims in the game and that kind limits generations if u want a sim n every house therefore with this quest it allows u to have generations upon generations

I’m at level 36 and still on the Road to Fame quest. I had a game that got through all of the quests, but I permanently lost it because the iPad I was using had to be updated, which permanently deleted all of my progress on all of my games, including Sims Freeplay. I’m already used to the automatic aging and life orbs anyways since I had all that. (I miss my old game though, went through so much...)
I saved my game before i did this quest and during the quest when I realized that it's a lot of work to pause ALL of my sims life's, I deleted my game and went back to my saved data because NOPE hate this quest

What if a sim is at level 6 of a hobby and died do you have to start the hobby again with another sim from scratch ??? Cuz they take alot of time to get to level 6 and also you want it for some events what to do in this situation ???

Just a question about stopping sims aging, if a sim has a platinum orb which has stopped them aging forever, and if I want to age up, say a preteen to a teen/a baby to a toddler/ or a toddler to a preteen, would their platinum orb disappear when aged up, or would it stay and continue to stop them aging forever?

However, the problem is it will start automatically once you finish whatever quest comes before it, and I believe sims will start aging as soon as this quest starts. So if you want to avoid all that, you would need to leave the quest before it unfinished.

+Ingvild Maria Utne It depends on what life dream you chose. Longer life dreams they will only need to do a few times to gain enough percentage towards an orb. Shorter life dreams you will need to do more often. As far as whether they will die, it's hard to predict without knowing your sim's age and what activities they're doing. But you can always spend a few LPs to de-age them back to the beginning of their current age.

Bronze orbs are the first type you earn, aka the lowest level orbs. If you want one, the sim who earned it would need to die and then you’d put the orb in your inventory

Strange that doesn’t work. You should submit a help request at the Firemonkeys website. Otherwise, try actions with a magazine, TV, sofa, bed - see if there are any actions with the life dreams symbol

It is not true that we have no choice regarding the life dreams quest if we play long enough. I am close to level 54 so I have been playing for awhile. I want no part of the life dreams though so I have simply refused to complete the stitches quest. It's just a matter of "forewarned is forearmed." I know what will happen if I complete it, so I won't do it. The only impact it has had on my game play is that I have been able to keep my original Sims. It has in no way impacted my ability to do any of the other quests in the game. True I can't build the things that requires orbs but that is fine with me as I enjoy the simple things in the game, such as a teenager coming home from school and having a snack and playing on the computer or going to babysit a child while the parents work. I don't need life orbs for that. (As to my PC gaming, I still happily play the Sims 2 as I have for years.)

my sim died :( i hated that sim but boy am i going to miss locking her in rooms and waiting until her needs go down. She deserved it but i still really miss her. She was great, i raised her from being a baby to being a senior. Her mom is still an adult tho.

Ryan Edmondson You can buy Simoleons with real money, which gives you VIP points, and they make your daily rewards go up. Also you can send your Sims to work, and the more they range up, the more money you get.
You have to complete the full process of getting the bar to 100% till it’s a senior right? I got a gold orb and I quickly passed him from toddler to senior without finishing to 100% and got a silver orb 🤦♂️

+Jude Shami basically say X senior dies and leaves a bronze orb, you should give it to a newborn so during their life they can change it into a silver one. The same would happen to get a gold one
U said that people who play long enough will have to do this quest. Well if you don't want to do it you can just stop doing quests and stick to discovery quests. That's just what I did

What the what gaming To get more money you can buy some from the Simoleon packs, and if you buy some you get VIP points, which also makes your daily rewards go up. Or you can send your Sims to work, and the more they go up in range, the more money you get.

After buying a frisbee and a dog, place the frisbee anywhere on the lot and then have a sim tap on the frisbee.

The game developers have said this is a glitch and they intend to fix it so the orbs show in inventory again. But we just have to wait until they do.

my sim died :( i hated that sim but boy am i going to miss locking her in rooms and waiting until her needs go down. She deserved it but i still really miss her. She was great, i raised her from being a baby to being a senior. Her mom is still an adult tho.
do they automatically build or do you have to wait for it to build

Not sure if this is relevant, but, since I started this quest, I've had a Sim stuck in a Neighbor's town. Is this normal or some kind of glitch?

I have an idea yall its a good one too just dont do the quest that comes before i mean if im not confused then all you get is a teddy so if you just never complete that quest then you wont go on to that quest and your sims wont die!

the type of sims freeplay i have is a lot different to this game, i dont have life orbs, i downloaded this game from google play for my alcatel tablet
You will get life orbs once you complete the required quest. It will take a while for you to get there.
What if a senior dies and doesn't have all of their life dreams 100% completed. Will you still get an orb,even if it's the one they started with?
If the sim earned an orb during their life time, you should get the orb once they die.
I'm on level 20 but still on the restaurant quest because I don't have enough for the restaurant 😂😂
Ryan Edmondson You can buy Simoleons with real money, which gives you VIP points, and they make your daily rewards go up. Also you can send your Sims to work, and the more they range up, the more money you get.
You have to complete the full process of getting the bar to 100% till it’s a senior right? I got a gold orb and I quickly passed him from toddler to senior without finishing to 100% and got a silver orb 🤦♂️

+Jude Shami basically say X senior dies and leaves a bronze orb, you should give it to a newborn so during their life they can change it into a silver one. The same would happen to get a gold one

U said that people who play long enough will have to do this quest. Well if you don't want to do it you can just stop doing quests and stick to discovery quests. That's just what I did
