Cut it up with D-Styles (He scratches for 4 Bars and leaves 4 Bars for you to scratch with him). Watch Scratch Tutorials, Beat Juggling, Trick Mixing and much more Videos at beatjunkies.tv
This crew... Beat Junkies... you guys have so much talent and are so inspiring! Thank you for 30+ years of this enjoyment that you have given to me and the WORLD!
Love skratching got this evrry morning habbit after a night shift. Its crazy now as i see my record as a drawing board drawing sounds with my hand! Technics all start to blend into one. I think i got somthing new down but its just one of the known technics anyway lol. Not much new you can come up with. Love doing these dips that D does. They turn into clover tears!
D, First I want to say Thanks... I always learn something new when you guys put out these videos. It's so so much easier seeing these scratches done, then back in the day when you were coming up thru the ranks. No CZcams videos, only audio, learning just by ear. Technology Right... Anyway, how long do you usually practice for?
Incredible! This why D-Style is my fav! We all know Q-bert is the 'best' - but D-Styles is my fav. I'm one of the rare non-hamster fader types so interesting to see someone else using that method. Not that i'll ever emulate most of this video.
Jay Werx looks/sounds like sharp cuts but mostly record pushes/pulls. Like going really slow then fast in a small movement to make it sound sticky almost.
I dont have any answers, I'm just gonna listen to the questions over and over.
Melo just kicking it in the background.
Every pattern is untouchable level! Totally one of the illest turntablist of all time next to Q-bert. 🙏
@Tashy G qbert goes to tech sometimes dave is way more musical and funky

@@Swisspastel80 mmmmmm…. Let’s ask Richard

I never heard the scratch at 2:29 in my entire life. Does anyone know what that is?I’m in complete amazement .
Jay Werx looks/sounds like sharp cuts but mostly record pushes/pulls. Like going really slow then fast in a small movement to make it sound sticky almost.
Tasun Romero I was just wondering if they named that movement yet.
Those are dices and slices. Just pushing the record and dragging it for flavor.
I’ve been at this since the mid ‘90s and I’m still a beginner.... sucks
