Hello my love. Thankyou so much. I have been fasting since Boxing Day. I use an app called FASTIC and Iv found it really easy and manageable. Diets make me miserable but fasting has helped me to cut my portions, drink more water but also still eat what I want. Hope this helps my love ❤️⭐️🌿 xxx
