- Doing one of my all time favorite things, documenting and preserving one of the greatest histories in the world. A little adventure is always good for the soul.We are well aware of the calculated risks we take while exploring these places.
Please Note: Exploring Abandoned locations especially mines can be dangerous or deadly. Stay out stay alive. I don't condone or encourage anyone to enter an Abandoned structure. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal and when possible, I seek out permission. I simply go to document its history before it's gone and leave things the way I find them. I assume all the risks & responsibility in doing so. Please don't attempt to do this on your own.
Unbelievable hand-laid stone tunnel. Move over Indiana Jones, Jersey and Phil have taken over..................Beyond the Temple of Doom! Well done!
It must be such a wonderful feeling to see/ listen/ feel the history surrounding you.
Can't help but notice how few of those stones in the tunnel gave loose and fell all those loadbearing years. All real neat finds bro.
Damn brother. That tunnel was absolutely beautiful. Every single one of those rocks were laid by hand and still standing the test of time. That rock slope was too bad all things considering. Awesome as always brother!
That craftsmanship❤
crazy bro, im glad our Father kept you guys safe and i hope you have a blessed day
Wow! That tunnel was something! Crazy how they built that.
You guys are crazy crazy, Looks like some underground secret tunnel for war times. Really amazing👍
Nah not that crazy lol..thanks for coming along brother!
I have a feeling this isn't in the upper part of Luzerne County but maybe Southern if it's in Luzerne at all? I just have a hard time wrapping my head around the sheer manpower it took, not to just make the tunnel, but to make it almost a showcase? Kind of as if the mining company wanted to have something to show potential investors to come aboard? Kind of has a European medieval look to it? You and Phil went to Europe didn't you? I always get a kick out of watching you guys entering and exiting the portals. Phil is like a bulldozer! Great video guys! 😆
haha thanks man,we love the portal shots too! There where a couple coal companies that really liked to show off their $$ in the mines.Phil is the man.
Wowza😮
Great find! That tunnel was really cool
Let’s Go!🎉

Bubbaloo!
Awesome friggin vid
Thanks so much dude.
No way to contact you when you're description.
That tunnel looks like a water raceway to me. Any chance there's a Lock or Plane nearby?
I have a video of a hydro tunnel that ran a water turbine for an incline plane that would pull canal boats up.This was completely coal mine related.
