This is from the very first episode. Looking back at Trigger in episode one, he does come across with more attitude than he would do by say series three. Trigger also seems to be very dodgy in series one, and then becomes a respectable roadsweeper within a few series.

Trigger is much smarter here than he normally is. And yet he still calls Rodney Dave
This was series 1 episode 1 and the first time we see trigger call Rodney Dave but then if you were more like Dorothy and less like the Scarecrow you would know that
He def got more stupid as the show went on over the years. They did the same with a chracter from the comedy series the Royal family . Ironically, he was called dave
Brilliant scene. Doesn’t quite make sense in the context of the rest of the series. If Del has raised Rodney since childhood, how come he is only just now meeting one of his closest mates?
