Wow. Pile 3. I reported my supervisor to my manager because she was negligent when I needed her assistance during an emergency with a patient. Before that, I had already picked up her energy, but after the situation I feel passive aggressive energy from her. She questions my assessments of my patients and has been trying to make my job harder. I get along with everyone around me and so far people are seeing I’m super authentic and sweet, but I won’t stand for mistreatment, bad behavior, toxicity, or fakeness. I’m a f around and find out kind of person. So, yes! She doesn’t like me because I called her out for not doing her job. Everyone complains that she doesn’t do her job. She does the bare minimum, but no one speaks up.
