Chocolate banana - icy cake with bananas | ekuhinjica

Chocolate banana is a light creamy cake with bananas and this cake is made without margarine or butter. Maybe someone has a different name for it, but my son named it 'Chocolate banana' the first time I made it, so it still carries that name as far as our family is concerned.
This cake tastes like icy cake cubes with banana aroma, so - at least in our family - it is a jackpot! Bananas are added both to the sponge layer and in the cream filling, while delicious chocolate ganache on top only rounds up the flavor. This cake is very moist and it stores well in the fridge for at least seven days without it changing the flavor (at least that is how long I managed to test it by carefully stashing two slices way back on the fridge shelves and then they mysteriously disappeared one night 😁 ).
The ingredients you will need for this recipe are the following:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml yogurt
- 80 g hard flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 270 g caster sugar
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 800 ml milk
- 370 ml whipping cream
- 200 g dark chocolate

Kolac je predivan moji ga također obozavaju nemoze bez njega proc niti jedno slavlje kodmene u knjizi se zove bananko kocke i uvjek ga pravim u plehu od pecnice odnosno duplu mjeru 🙂❤

Odlično!! I baš stavljate banane u kolač? Pitam zato što sam na nekoliko mjesta vidjela recept za bananko kocke u koje se umjesto banana dodaje aroma banane i mislim da je malo drugačiji recept za biskvit 😊 U svakom slučaju, i taj mi je recept fin 👍
