Lord both of my sons are special needs they require so much from me. Lord I continue to struggle in providing for them. Father God it is overwhelming and challenging especially now because I’m homeschooling them so my hours to work are limited. As a single mother I’m barely getting by. As I struggle to buy groceries and as I struggle to pay rent Lord give me courage to hold my head up because it’s hard on me Lord Jesus. Amen ❤️

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been watching James Kawalya, James Aldiran and now Matt. I want so badly to start engaging in what they are all talking about... Long prayer and long fasting. Do any of them have any videos that show the practical steps on how to do these? How to start praying? Do I need to pray at a specific time? Can the prayers be broken up to total an accumulative total of so many hours? Same types of guidance with the fasting. I've done the Daniel fast before, and I agree with Matt... I was worried more about making sure the food I ate didn't have specific ingredients rather than praying. Any help on these two topics would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
I think they do have videos on these topics. However, while you are researching what they say I would ask the Lord these questions too. I simply at the start of my walk asked “how do I pray Lord, Jesus teach me to pray” - a little how the disciples did and He led me by His Holy Spirit to the Bible and during prayer I would start to say certain faith building things that I would never usually say
Same with fasting as well, yes watch prayer storm videos. Because these men are truly anointed. However, ask God to teach you how to fast what will be right for you at this point in your walk. DO NOT slip into legalism (if I do not do this then God won’t love me or I won’t go to heaven- that is A LIE).
Just listen to His do as your led by the Holy Spirit, be obedient and disciplined. Don’t break the promises you’ve made to yourself (regarding God) If He’s told you to do that specific thing ofc

140 day fasts? Do you mean where you break fast in the evenings? I couldn’t make full complete fasting last 7 days, started vomiting bile. I was going for 21 days.

I wondered what he meant as well, he really should be clear because there's people who have died after breaking a 40 day water fast the wrong way for example. It's not responsible to encourage things like 120 day fast without being explicit as to what that entails. Very dangerous for a person's health.
