😂 it’s harder than anyone imagines. So many realtors I know went back to getting full time jobs because they aren’t cutting it anymore… I’ve been doing sales for 18 years, last 3 in real estate 🏡

Santa Monica >>>> FLL or South FL. I live in Victoria Park, while its nice, Santa Monica is amazing.

South Florida….I live in Coral Ridge 😉 I would say each one has its pros and cons but I prefer to live here. I got tired of wearing sweaters and Ugg’s boots until July 🤪 the marine layer that covers the city and beach from March-July was depressing for me. Trick is to live east minimum 12 blocks away from beach to have some sun, but I lived next to the beach 🤦‍♀️
