I know what you mean about European men pushing you in shops to buy their stuff, I’m in Crete atm and in literally every shop they will just corner people and start getting everything out to show you and it’s really hard to say no to them even though they’ve completely put you off buying anything😭 I had this one guy spend 20 mins talking to me about a bloody handmade towel
Haha yeah I get what you mean! But then I do understand that it is their job and they have to sell stuff to make a living. However, I am much more likely to buy something if they just leave me alone in the shop haha

Like u said( previous Turkey vlog),some men may make u uncomfortable ,probably because of your hair .Blonde hair with blue eyes is not common in our country,but also not so rare,if you go to northern coast you 'd see much more blonde and blonde with blue eyes than rest of the country .But light blonde like u have is so rare ,as a result some men act embrassing when they see blondes.But most of them don't have bad intentions.They just don't see blondes regularly.We are not homogeneous nation,there are all and all types of people ,much more than u can think of.Very liberals,religious , conservatives, very polites and very rudes,those who have a very wide worldview and narrow-minded ,very rich and very poor (there is economic crisis ,the gap between rich and poor is widening day by day.
1$=18 ₺ 1£=22₺ ,the country has not seen such a major crisis since its founding in 1923,thanks to president Erdoğan ,most hated figure of the country...) Etc.Like everywhere.But majority of Turks are very nice,friendly,and hospitable people
(İf u go to Anatolia -middle of the country- you'll see much more religious,conservative and rude people,except Ankara,it's capital,high level, metropoliten city.İn Western coast,you'll see much more liberal,polite people) Turkey is very beatiful country.However now, there is many problem we're facing with

İ m peer with u,i have been to England and loved it! England is awesome country,and people too.I stayed in Brighton traveled mostly South East- Oxfordshire ,Buckinghamshire,West Sussex ,London.İt was amazing.But besides good people i also met too many arrogant and snobby English people:)

Hey! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this comment. Yes I understand why the men can make blonde girls like me feel uncomfortable, because of my hair colour, as I know it’s rare in Turkey, but it would probably be the same in many countries in Asia. But generally apart from that, I found that a lot of the Turkish men I spoke to at the hotel were very kind people and were always really friendly to me and not always in a creepy way. I’ll hopefully come back to Turkey again soon, I’d like to go to Bodrum ❤️
@@FloralLouisa by the way i forgot to mention,but you probably already noticed , as i know in the UK (and in most of Europe) looking at people you don't know is a very sensitive isse and is viewed badly.But it is not a sensitive issue in Turkey and sometimes people can look at the people who catch their attention. Some complain about this situation, some are not.Personally i definitely don't like it. I explained that "most of them don't have a bad intentions,they just don't see blondes regularly" and i didn't mean "they are right to keep looking at you" .Acts like this is unacceptable for me and mojarity too.But most people don't give up their habits://

I suggest Fethiye,Ölüdeniz (Dead Sea) to you,there are so many adorable natural beauties that u can see,and perfect places to make holiday as well.Although Bodrum is still beautiful, it was more beautiful before:)
