In today's video I share our favourite recipes that Alina and I love to cook together in our kitchen.
Alina does all kinds of practical life activities that she has been practising on the shelf WHILE COOKING.
The kitchen is such a dangerous room for young children. But it’s so difficult to keep them out of the kitchen because we spend so much time in the kitchen and kids want to be where the action is. So instead of trying to keep them out of the kitchen, why don’t we include them and provide ways to keep them engaged in the kitchen, making the experience safe and exciting for their learning and development!

// RECIPES:
○ Feta tomato quiche:
200mg feta cheese
250ml cream
2 eggs
2 pastry sheets
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 chopped tomato
Thyme
○ Zucchini tots:
2 shredded zucchinis
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Italian herbs
Onion powder
Parsely
○ Salmon soba:
1 avocado
1/2 cucumber
3 Tbsp udon sauce (or soy sauce)
1 Tbsp cooking wine (mirin)
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp corn syrup (or sugar)
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seed
Soba noodle
Salmon fillet
Chopped green onion
Chopped red onion
Broccoli
Steamed edamame
○ Soy sauce braised eggs:
10 eggs
Chives
200ml soy sauce
4 Tbsp corn syrup (or sugar)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
300ml water
Chopped onion
Chopped green onion
○ Bulgogi pizza toast
Chopped mushrooms
Sweet corn
Leg ham
2 Tbsp minced garlic
200g minced beef
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp plum syrup (or sugar)
2 Tbsp cooking wine (mirin)
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
Pepper
Capsicum
Chopped onion
Pizza sauce
Black olives
Mozzarella cheese
○ Fried tofu stuffed with rice:
Fried tofu pocket kit (Yubuchobap kit)
Crab stick (surimi)
Sliced onion
Mayo (optional)

현실은 중간에 애가 코파서 손씻고오고 화장실 갓다오고 ㅎㅎ 더 바빠요..ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 자기가 한 음식은 좀 더 잘 먹는것 같고 새로운 재료도 조금 덜 거부하는걸 보면서 일주일에 적어도 한번이라도 함께요리하고잇답니다! 아이와 함께 즐거운 요리하시는 시간이 오길바랄게요!^^

Oh my goodness! These recipes look so delicious. Thank you for sharing! My twins are almost the same age. They love cooking with me. They usually climb up on the counter even if they have their stool available. I'm wondering if they would stay off the counter if they had a helper tower. I just hate to buy two if they will only use them for a short time. Thank you for your videos!
Hi, I have come across a learning tower for twins, it is just a little wider than the regular one (I only have 1 child). I don't remember the make, but if you look online I am sure you will find it too! I hope this helps.

저 너무 궁금한게 있는데 아기주방을 리폼해서 만들어주긴했는데 어차피 요리는 다 실제주방에서 하게 되더라고요😭 그럴 경우에는 아기주방을 상상놀이로 바꿔줘도 될까요~? 몬테소리에서는 상상놀이를 지양하지만 어쨌든 실제주방에서 요리도 같이하고 설거지도 같이하거든요! 아린이는 아직 아기주방을 쓸까요~? 어떤 용도로 쓰이고 있을까요~? 헤이즈씨의 생각을 여쭈고싶습니다! 아기는 21개월이에요!
