its wery old song from early 20th century, it's folk music, compared to country music in the USA, which in Serbia is performed on completely different instruments and sounds different, so it's a wonder that Tocak managed to play it on the guitar and keep the original melody and sound

C is pronounced as ts, but Č that is in Točak , is pronounced as ch, same like in chair in English. C is not pronounced as K like in English.
Also it is ok to pause between two consonants in Serbian.
