You are not alone. I’m freaking out that someone can read my intimate thoughts. A solution keep more then one journal
Example:
.1 journal for gratitude
.1 for inspiration also known as common book
.Finally one journal for your emotional thoughts that you can easily tear-off the pages and destroy them when you feel like it. You don’t need to keep that kind of stuff, do what’s best for you. Maybe this would help to release and let go of what’s not serving you. Good luck.
