Just to share my testimony particularly with this song... On Tuesday morning one of my best friends had to rush to theatre for an emergency c-section after multiple miscarriages and a scary pregnancy. Listened to a couple of worship songs praying my heart out and at some point I landed on this masterpiece ...man... I repeated it like crazy, 3hours later while the 2nd verse was playing she called to let me know she got a healthy baby girl ;).... I am humbled at the ministry and praise this song has and to think I didn't even know it. Sibonge Nceku for ukusithwala with your praise so we can praise GOD even when things are not going well.... I am seeing our GODs gift for the very first time today and I couldn't be more happier.

Sbu is definitely one of the best interpreters of songs, especially those in the public domain. He never over-sings like most of his male contemporaries (who needs some sort of vocal gymnasts to get listeners); Sbu seasons and marinates his song with the spirit of those who wrote them, leaving them thick, weighted, freighted with the spirit of the lord. Today my spirit has been on praising and worshipping God. Nkosi, I have had it on repeat for the past hour😭. So decided to go to my room and my deceased brother just came to mind on the second verse. And the one thing that comes to mind and heart is thank God for the years He borrowed me time with my brother, like after 8 months I can honestly say thank you God for the 40 best years (he was 40 and I'm 37) that you had lend me with him. My 🌹, so beautiful with refreshing scent yet with so many imperfections/thorns but the best in the garden that I would not pick any other. Still live in my spirit and I still love you very much my 🌹.
