So sorry to hear about your grandfather’s passing, but it sounds like you have lots of lovely memories of him. Antiquing is fun, but I have such a hard time paying the prices. I know they work very hard to collect and curate all those pieces so it is worth the cost. But I just can’t unless something awesome- and cheap 😂- turns up. The bells are a great find!
I’m pretty frugal too. That’s why I passed on so many beautiful finds, but I love the hunt!🤗
