my little disaster twins. traumatizing them is delightful!!
oKay so i am pumping out a lot more stuff then i expected, it's been like less than a week since the youth one (and that one was massive) so i thought i'd be a lot more burnt out, but no! i actually am looking forward to making even more art content and stuff so woo! motivation levels are through the roof! this one's pretty quick, but has a lot of frames/moves a lot faster than the youth one so i think it's a lot more rewatchable at least for me
in terms of like, the meaning behind this?? well i guess everyone can think of it in their own way and analyze the frames however they want, but the main idea is like. y'know. the hamato clan is basically pressuring all the kids into fighting against the foot clan, and then splinter is not the dad of the year (no splinter slander though i love him but you have to admit there's some emotional neglect in there *cough*) and so like YEAH also the disaster twins have veryyy similar arcs but also kind of reversed? like donnie has something that he tries to always excel at and leo doesn't really have that (at least in his view, it seems) but they both use seemingly arrogant acts to make sure no one asks about their insecurities!! wooo!! but yeah i rambled too much about these turtles again. i hope you like the video!
