- Here is a budget friendly pocket thrower from Lumintop with their D2 flashlight kit. This is USB rechargeable via Type C charging system. This can run on three types of cells which is the included 18650 or you can use a 20700 or 21700 if you want to increase your runtimes. This is sporting the OSRAM GW.Pusra1 PM LED for a nice wide spill and intense hot spot. This is compact enough for EDC and the UI is simple to navigate. This looks nice and feels solid and rugged. Lumintop is probably my favorite company. The edc18 has been in my pocket for over a year now and still haven't had an issue with it. Thanks for the review charles. One of the top light reviewers on the tube.
Thanks for the support and watching!
I started carrying the edc18, and then I found the HL3A. It's the best 18650 edc light I've ever owned. I'm a huge Lumintop fan.
I had reviewed this light almost a month ago at BLF :) It's my first ever Lumintop product but likely won't be my last! It's a really impressive light for the money. 400+ meters of throw in a VERY easily pocketable light. Very high quality lanyard included and my favorite part is the bunny lit up while the light is off. Makes it easy to find in the dark and just looks amazing in my room. I got one for myself and another for my mom when it was released. Really can't go wrong with this at under 30 dollars. Only thing I found odd was the hold to turn off, but you really get used to that pretty quickly so it's not an issue.
Thanks for watching!
While Charles I spoke to soon that is a great flashlight I'm ordering two of them from Amazon thank you for turning me on to this light 🤚👍🇺🇸🖐️
You're Welcome. Thanks for watching!
I can hear the clock in the background! Thanks for sharing! Great vid
Yep. I hear it too. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec i can here it in the UK to. 🇬🇧👍
Great gift choice!
Thanks for watching!

I ordered the Lumintop D3 with a 26800 (7000mah) battery (complete kit) today.
I believe I have had the ODF30c and the ODL20c both from Lumintop for years now. There are 4 brands of flashlights that I never have a problem with.
1. Lumintop (ODL20c, ODF30c.
2. Astrolux (MF01 mini, Ea01).
3. Haikelite (HK04, SC04).
4. Mateminco (MT70, TK04).
Those 4 flashlights are not in my top 4 flashlights, because every lamp above (in the list) is in first place. When are you going to test the Led SFN55.2 in a flashlight?
If they send it to me to review it will happen. Thanks for watching!
Nice, can u review the lumintop tool aa 2.0?
If they send it to me. Thanks for watching!
Will the Nichia 219C 4000K option affect Lumen output and Throw distance?
It will be less lumens which will not be as bright or throw as far. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec Thank you. I bought the OSRAM using your link and code. Your videos are excellent 👍
@@patrickfivefive3747 TY!
20700 and 21700 or 21700 and 18650 like the specs say on amazon? Just wondering.
What is your question again? Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec The yellow text says 20700 and 21700 but you say and show 18650. And when I look it up said 21700 and 18650. There is a vape cell 20700 is why I was asking.
@@Jaydies2049 Yes the little black insert tube is to use with an 18650 as shown. Otherwise 20700 or 21700 can be used as well. You will get longer runtimes using the bigger cells.
@@Jaydies2049 Also 20700 cell is a little bigger than an 18650.
Osram is a German company. This LED has a max Vf (forward voltage) of 3.2 V so its output is pretty impressive. It is offered in a wide Kelvin range that goes from 3000 K to 6500 K. It'd be nice if Lumintop made a neutral white version. The mode spacing is great as I absolutely *LOVE* the 500 lumen range. This light reminds me of my old Nitecore MH20GT with the CREE XP-L HI V3 emitter but with a much wider beam.
Charles, I am seeing like a yellowish corona around the hotspot. Also, is the tint very green? It looks greenish when you used it in the lower levels. Really liking where Lumintop is going with their products. I hope they give the upcoming newer CREE LEDs a chance. CREE is coming out with a new XP-P, XHP50.3 HI, and an XHP70.3 that is supposed to tone down that whole "CREE rainbow" effect in the beams of their current LEDs.
Thank you for yet another great video. This is a great light for its price point.
Its CW which I see no yellow but OSRAM performance is impressive. Thanks for watching!
Lumintop offer this model also with a nichia 219C 4000K
@@Gieszkanne Really? That's cool! But it'll probably be like 800 lumens being how Nichia LEDs don't have such high output except for their 144A. First beast LED I saw from Nichia and it is impressive.
No moonlight mode ?
No. Thanks for watching!
Does this one have memory mode?
Yes it does. Thanks for watching!
WellCharles I'm impressed
Thanks for watching!
the best
Thanks for watching!
sad it doesnt come with pocket clip....
Thanks for watching!
And or holster.
As much as I have lots of lumintops I may pass on this I just dont see the practical use for a thrower like this other than showing off. For that i turn to my c8 plus with culmtp at half the cost. Keep up the great reviews tho.
Thanks for watching!
Arrgghh, why Lumintop, why?I hate the UI.Great look torch though and great review as always.
Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec 👍

Отличный фонарик👍
Thanks for watching!👍
It lacks moonlight mode. ..
Its a budget EDC. Moonlight/FireFly modes is on most of their other models. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec well i recently bought the thrunite tc15 v2, the second thrunite i own now, it has moonlight, however only thing i don't like is the switch is hard to find at night. Sometimes it takes awhile to find it. My tn4a thrunite also has moonlight but i can find the power switch easy on that one. I think i paid 56 dollars for the tc15, it's not a thrower but like a flood but it gets out rather far. Thanks for your video.
Really, it's a search light.
@@kendrajones984 well I've seen extra low nodes in far reaching lights to, i recently bought the thrunite r15v2, great light but wish they made the side switch easier to feel find. I might pick up the wowtac a6
@@j.johnson5217 just place the pocket clip where it is most comfortable to hold in hand, then rotate light where power button falls where your thumb is, done, button will be where you expect it every time.
👍
👍
They missed the mark with this light Bridge Tec, should of just given it 1,300 Lumens with half flood half throw.
I disagree. Runtimes are long because its only 1000 lumens. Thanks for watching!
lumintop okey
