The showrunners: create a male "Knight in the Shining Armor" character the same age as Lucy to be her romantic interest.

The chemistry these two had in just a couple scenes? insane. The showrunners didn't even make it on purpose. They don't understand what people actually like!
When he tells her about his family, about everything he has been through, she will understand and share this pain with him. It will be a very warm and sad scene. I really want them to be the endgame of this series.
This isn't the kind of show that has a happy endgame. Most likely he will finally find his family, that meeting will end tragically, and then he will go feral because his obsession with finding them was what had been keeping his mind clear for 200 years. Then Lucy will put him out of his misery. No truly happy endings. This is Fallout.
He’s 200+ plus with a drug addiction. You do think the other guy is healthier. 😂
So a thing I noticed on rewatch is when Lucy needs a bit of a boost, she looks up at a vault boy poster. I can think of 3 times anyway. When she is thinking of leaving the vault, before she goes & confronts the Ghoul outside the store, and then of course as she is walking with the Ghoul and he shoots vault boy/ sign.
They need to be brave and give us this
I'm saying it now, they will kill Cooper off in some "hero-sacrifice scene but he changed for the better", leaving us all wheeping with snot running out of our noses. And his sacrifice was involved in taking down the bad evil and Lucy gets to be happy with Maximus. Which would be an okayish ending if you look at the aspect that Lucy and Maximus get a happy ending but otherwise the whole redemption arc thingy where the character dies at the end is kinda overused. Also we have had quiet some lost and found family, father-daughter relationships in the past... So I guess y'all have my thumbs up for this ship. Also a thumbs up for the edit~
You're probably right. But I also think Lucy will sacrifice herself in the end, killing her father along with her (maybe like a fight between the two, or they just die together in an explosion event cuz I feel like the father will use another bomb threat sooner in the series) leaving the Ghoul to walk the earth alone forever -or maybe he'll die with Lucy. I think Maximus will become a villain in the end taking over the Brotherhood as a leader and going down the wrong path. Again I'm probably wrong, just giving some guess.
@@soranas7654 let's hope that we get something no is expecting, like Lucy also turning "evil" and take ou vault tec with the ghoul... but wait they are the evil ones... I don't want them to die tho, all my favorite characters always die... or the show gets cancelled (I'm looking at Netflix right now, the cancelled a show that also had that weird but charming vibe which the Fallout show has, it's called Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and in that show was a really chaotic group called the Rowdy 3, these were my favorites... I'm having high hopes for this series)

I feel like Max’s ambition might get in the way. Might lead to him doing something unforgivable or causing some kind of issue that destroys any chance of being with Lucy

Max is not that likable, I can't find the character interesting at all, he's dull, but I understand how Lucy got attracted to him in that scene, he's the first one to save her after she left the vault, and didn't treat her badly.

So...I currently do not ship this. This is me, pre-watch of the video. But i am open to any pairing, and i can see how this might work. It is painfully obvious that the writers are aiming for Max/Lucy but like I said, im willing to try it. Will update a reply under this when ive watched it.
