  • A University of South Florida student died after being struck by a car while riding a scooter near campus last month. The crash happened at 42nd Street and East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa on February 22. Michelle Lynch said her son, Connor, would have celebrated his 20th birthday on Wednesday.

    This scooter should be illegal on the pavement. They could kill a child on the road they can be killed.
    We are all young and the only thing that stopping us was the law
    There is no law for these scooters
    No attention is giving to them to provide private lines
