I am so excited about this video. Maybe a lot of you know from my Instagram, but on Thursday I was officially announced to be on the Forbes Europe 30 under 30 list in the Retail & e-commerce category. This is beyond imaginable and is extra special this year since it was the last year that I was eligible to apply. This means so much to me, and I think that as women we're often told not to draw too much attention to us, or to play it cool when you get a certain achievement, but I am here to tell you to do exactly the opposite of that. I bombarded my Instagram with stories and it was such a special day for me, that I don't want to feel like I have to hide this. This is my proudest achievement, and I am so excited to tell you a bit more about how to apply, what I wrote about, and tips and lessons that I hope will help someone whose dream is to make the list. I made the list for my company, Attire the Studio, and this has only lit a fire inside of me, to work harder. I am so excited for what's to come, this is only the beginning!

First and foremost, congratulations on such a big achievement Xenia. It is funny that you said you wish to become a mentor one day. Since I started watching your videos on YT I have been thinking that if there is someone in the industry that can truly “influence” an audience, it is you. I could hear you speaking for hours on end, and not because you are super cute and sweet, but mostly, because you are extremely wise, intelligent, eloquent and passionate. I'm watching this while having my first coffee this morning. I must say what an amazing human being you are. Your mindset, habits, and the way you opened up about your experience of getting to where you wanted to be is truly inspiring.
I also work in the influencer industry and I admire people like you. They motivate me to achieve all my goals and attract abundance into my life. You said something that really resonates with me: "There's enough for everybody in this world." The moment I shifted to that mindset several months ago, so many wonderful opportunities came into my life.
Genuinely thank you for being a great role model to all the young women (and men) out there. This is what influence is about.

This is actually so fun and also funny to watch ;) I also got the title this year in media x marketing - I basically was nominated by someone (don’t know who) in two categories, then made it to the round 2 in both... I never applied before and never wanted to get the title that’s why it’s so much fun to see you SO excited! I also didn’t know it’s April 8th but I remember I woke up earlier coz had dr appointment and saw the email... kind of crazy feeling!
Btw love that attire is a sustainable brand and hope to see you at the summit (I also work in fashion)
Congrats! I had a very similar dreamy moment at the university when we were discussing a case study from Google and I found myself thinking how amazing it would be to ever work there. Then I landed a job with them right after graduation and continued growing my career in tech ever since. You're right - it makes you feel like everything is possible 🤘
