Having been around and long in the tooth, this echoes too much of Diana. It started with separate engagements and sourface photos; sitting forlorn in front of the Taj Mahal. I think you are both bonkers! The woman just had major surgery and you are expecting her to out doing Royal duties the next day. The Palace has stated twice that she would be back after Easter, has Easter happened yet? Also the Palace has never thrown anyone under the bus. Fergie has mentioned her own health issues and in the past she was caught on camera cheating, so no they never threw her under a bus. Diana chose to do that interview knowing that it would end her marriage, but in the end she and Charles were friendly towards one another so again no throwing under any bus. Meghan deliberately did not want any help even when it was offered by the late Queen, she said that Harry would tell her everything that she needed to know . She was caught out with her behaviour and bullying so again no throwing under the bus. Please do your research and get the true facts.

I wonder if she wasn't in the hospital for treatment of an eating disorder and not a surgery at all. That would be something that would take a couple of months and they wouldn't want the public to know.
LOL. You watch too many soap operas. My husband had surgery for colon cancer last year and after losing weight his wedding ring no longer fits him. So he doesn't wear it...he can't. Perhaps the same applies to Princess Catherine. Maybe her ring is out getting resized. Maybe she took it off to shower and forgot to put it on. Guess what? I'm not wearing my wedding ring at this very moment. I take my rings off every night before bed. My marriage is perfectly fine. Stop being dramatic.
Ok I have 2 possible theories.
1 - She's had some facial enhancements and needs time so we dont notice them.

I’ve heard that too. Maybe facelift and to enhance philtrum to make her mouth thick it is very thin. Usually it takes about 2-3 months to get rid of the bruises and puffiness. Let’s hope it’s just plastic surgery.

A zipper...not wearing her wedding ring...the sleeve of Princess Charlotte's sweater....a few other minor changes. For some unknown reason, everyone is freaking about those minor changes. Its beyond ridiculous

This photo was edited. Their Christmas photo was edited, and another one with the great-grandchildren was. I don't know much about her, how smart she is, etc, but what if she is intentionally sending out images like these, because they quite literally are telling the world "Things are not as they seem." Like this is the only way she can confirm that she is NOT ok, and she did not wear her ring purposefully, and that the focus on her kids hands and clothes are the distraction away from her face. Because her face isn't, either. I still think she's a dv victim, and if she's being forced to apologize for editing a photo badly, then we could be making it worse.
