I'm Canadian, and I think the Czechs had awful luck in this game. A few posts and that missed open net by Kovar.

1st period Canada played better than us. In 2nd period Canada played good first ten minutes, Czechs played better second 10 minutes. in 3rd period were btter Czechs and after our goal i think we throw defensive because we need offens. Thats why 3rd goal from Canada.

Koukal jsem na soupisky a Kanada dokáže vytvořit X týmů a pořád budou dobré... a to tam vyjma Giroua a několika dalších nejsou hlavní hvězdy NHL! My bohužel z tolika možností vybírat nemůžeme, ale i proto pro CZE celkem dobrý zápas a navíc třikrát-čtyřikrát smůla v jasných šancích...

We (czechs) didn't deserve a lose like this. Czechs should receive at least 1 point from the game. We had more opportunities than Canada but such a bad luck. I hope there's gonna be more luck in playoffs.
As a Czech fan I don't understand all that bullshit about luck; it was a nice game from both sides, but Canadians didn't let Czechs to get into some bigger pressure, amazingly blocked shots and were more productive - and they are always like that, so no luck or surprise
We played very good, but Canada just scored more goals from minimum and that's why they won this game. Better productivity. But as I said, good game from us! Go Czechs! :)
