Looks very good. I would say that white dish was Raita which is typically a thicker sauce to dip or mix into the dish. It’s typically thicker with yogurt.
Looked amazing the authentic Indian cuisine. and fabulous portions. Interesting they serve beef as many don't eat Ox or cow in India for religious reasons.
