Awesome video, always cool to see the non-NATO stuff get showcased. DCS really, really needs a proper Redfor strike aircraft. Hopefully the Su-17 sees the light of day at some point.
I agreed with you, there so many F16,F18,F14 now F15e videos out there (i do owned all these modules) so i decide to relearn redfor jets and make video out of it.
Yeah, i want the MiG-23 & MiG-29 full fidelity module release soon. Then we need a full fidelity Su-25!

How’d you get the wheel chocks to come up on the kuznetsov?
my jet was set as hot start. Even cold start, i believe you can open the comm menu (F10) get the ground crew to remove the wheel chocks.

Hey Rodz, again, noob question (xD) : talking about chaff and flares.... so, I have to use flares against airplanes missile and manpads and chaff against Sam sites? Cause I can see in this video for example when those sams target you , you deploy both chaff and flares right?
You are correct, rightfully i should deploy only flare. But i hit the release countermeasure key (it released both flare and chaff)
only flare? against SAM? Isnt it chaff? I mean, maybe I'm wrong, but that vehicle that shot against u isnt it considered as "sam" ? @@Rodz88
these specific sams are strelas; they fire the same missile as manpads, which are ir guided and thus need flares. radar missiles are beaten by chaff, and activate your rwr.
its pretty easy when in the cockpit to remember, if you dont hear a warning, you should use flares, if you do hear a warning, probably use both to be safe.

That was an AWESOME video, thanks. I have a question though please. I have been trying to get into DCS now for well over a year. I can't fly online because my internet is too slow. I'm on the point of giving up though, because the sim seems to have "super AI", even with enemy aircraft on low settings. Can anybody comment on this?
I'm a seasoned flight simmer, but it seems to me that the AI in DCS are just TOO good. Can anybody comment? Thanks in advance.
Don’t give up. You will get over aimbot AI’s. Keep practicing offline, play campaigns and stuff. Multiplayer requires some skill.
