These are similar fit to the rib cage jeans. I find they run more true to size and the rib cage tends to run a bit inconsistent in their sizing. These have a bit of stretch in them which makes them more comfortable. If I remember correctly when I got the rib cage jeans, they only came in 100% cotton. Don’t quote me on that though since it may have changed by now. Hope that helps💋
