കൈരളിയിലൊരു സാധനം ഉണ്ട്. അവതാരകൻ തന്നെ. എത്രയോ മികച്ചവനാണ് ജോണി. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് നിലവാരത്തിൽ തന്നെ. ഒരാളുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ നിലപാടിനെ അംഗീകരിച്ച് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അവർക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രാധാന്യം കൊടുക്കുക അഭിമുഖത്തിൽ .നല്ലൊരു കാര്യം തന്നെ അല്ലെ. പിന്നെ ചില ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ എന്തു ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചാണ് എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നില്ല. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ലോക നിലവാരം എന്ന മാനദണ്ഡം. മലയാളത്തിൽ പൊക്കിപ്പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടു വരുന്നു അടൂരും അരവിന്ദനും. ഇത്തരം പ്രേത ചിന്തകൾ ഇനിയും ഒഴിയാറായില്ലേ. ഒരു കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങളേ കൊന്നു കൊലവിളിച്ചതാണ്. താങ്കൾക്ക് ഒരു ചോദ്യം ചോദിക്കാമായിരുന്നു. I V ശശിയേക്കുറിച്ച്.അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് ഈ ലോകനിലവാരൻമാരുടെ അപ്പുറത്തെ പടം നിമിഷ നേരത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുതരാമെന്ന്. അതു കഴിയും എന്ന് പ്രേക്ഷകന് ഉറപ്പും ഉണ്ട്.അതായത് സ്റ്റീൽബർഗിന്റേയോ കാമറൂണിന്റെയോ ഒരു ടെക്നിക്കൽ സാഹചര്യം ശശി സാറിന് കിട്ടുകയായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ ലോകോത്തര സിനിമകളുടെ ക്രിയേഷൻ മലയാളത്തിൽ നടക്കുമായിരുന്നു. വേണു സാറിനോടല്ല Mr. ജോണിയോടു ചോദിക്കട്ടെ.അനന്തരത്തിന്റേയോ മതിലുകളുടേയോ സ്വയംവരത്തിന്റേയോ പോലുള്ള 12 സിനിമകൾ ശശി സാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുതരും. അത് പ്രേക്ഷകനുറപ്പെണ്ടു. പക്ഷേ ഈ നാട് ,അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദേവാസുരം പോട്ടെ അനുരാഗി പോലെയുള്ള ഒരു പടം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഈ അടൂരിനോ അരവിന്ദനോ കഴിയുമായിരുന്നുവോ?
ഇനിയെങ്കിലും ഈ ജീർണ്ണവസ്ത്രം ഊരിക്കളയെടേ.വേണു സാറിനോട് ബഹുമാനം തോന്നുന്നു.
പൊതുവേ കൊള്ളാവുന്ന ഒരു അഭിമുഖമാണ്.

തനതു പ്രേക്ഷക മനസ്സ്, ഇതര അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളുടെ പരിവൃത്തിയിൽ ആകാതെ, പൊടുന്നനെ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ അതിൻ പ്രകാരം നല്ല നടനവും, വിഭിന്നമായ സംവിധാന ശ്രേണികളും മാറ്റുരച്ചു അളക്കുവാൻ കഴിയുന്നു.

In my limited point of view, Venu is not much a good director. He says he is very afraid of casting debutants, means he depends on actors much than his directorial skills. That's why he says only our actors are on par with world class, while he neglects even Adoor Gopalakrishnan, who is indeed master everywhere in the world. I see his dispute with Mammootty in Munnariyippu directorial side also in this manner. Look, in Carbon he more concentrated on Fahad's acting performance than totality of the film, which resulted in a bulge of Fahad's performance over the whole movie, while in Munnariyippu, Mammootty subtly maintained his character which throughout mingled with the film. Munnariyippu's major negative side is also its loose direction. Venu has to improve as a director.
i'm sure you didn't watch munnariyippu and carbon.. you wouldn't have remarked like this if watched these movies..
Carbon was a disaster of a movie post the interval... He still needs to improve more as a director!!!
Ofcourse this is a limited point of view. Every artist is unique in their own ways bud!

Raj Mohan ക്ഷമിക്കണം. താങ്കൾ ഈ പറയുന്നതിനോട് പൂർണ്ണമായും യോജിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. അന്ന് ഈ പണി അറിയാവുന്ന ചിലരെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ. ഇന്നതല്ല സ്ഥിതി. 20 megapixel ക്യാമറ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന എത്രയോ വിദഗ്ധരായ പ്രൈമറി വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുണ്ട് എന്ന കാര്യം ആർക്കും വിസ്മരിക്കാനാകില്ല.
ഒരു ക്യാമറാമാൻ എന്നത് ചട്ടുകത്തിന് സമാനം...എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൊരുൾ അറിയാതെ ഇമേജ് ക്യാമറയിൽ പതിയിക്കുക....കൃത്യമായി പകർത്തുക.... എന്നതിന് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. കഥ അറിയുന്നതും എഴുതുന്നതും സാക്ഷാത്കരിക്കുന്നതും മറ്റൊരാളുടെ(അഥവാ ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ)...കയ്യിലാണ്.
അതുകൊണ്ട്..മികച്ചത് ആരാണ്...എന്തുകൊണ്ട്...എന്നത് വ്യക്തം.
ന്നാലും...ന്റുപ്പാപ്പക്കൊരാണെണ്ടാർന്നു...ന്ന് തന്നെത്താൻ ('എന്തോ ഒന്ന്' കുലുക്കി പക്ഷിയെ പോലെ) ചിന്തിച്ചുനടന്നാൽ... ആളുകൾ ഇനി അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല.
/താഴ്മ താനഭ്യുന്നതി/ ഇതും പഴയ സ്കൂള് തന്നെയാണ്.
