      This iceberg lettuce when you harvest green leaves is bitter , you need take care them until the head is hard so it time to harvest to make hamburger and sandwich is crunchy and delicious .

      Best weather for Iceberg lettuce growing from November to February temperature day time between 33 to 36 celsius, i am in Asia Country .

      Iceberg is not easy to grow , they need warm weather . you eat green leaves is bitter but white leaves is not bitter , happy gardening

      Thanks for watching and questioning, after harvesting by cutting the stem of iceberg i found new branch come out can harvest second time but it smaller than first harvest

      70% garden or top soil, 30% rice husk charcoal, 15% dry cow manure mixing together well then i grow lettuce iceberg in the bag
