Change the server. Among oregon, virginia, germany

Change server region (ping) under options menu (in the main menu) - matchmake on each one until you find a match. I used to do this when I couldn't find matches on BF 2015 - idk if it'll work on BF 2017 but worth a shot.

I love it when a team is as good as the enemy team in this video. However, I wish they didn't spawn camp after losing a ship phase. Seems like they were butt hurt.

They controlled the points well on the ground but couldn't break the choke points on the capital ship.

I think it is. Played Instant Action a lot. And since I have it on Console, Arcade comes with 2-Player Split Screen.
Both are good.

Some say they can't find online matches but that isn't my experience, there's offline game modes too which you can play.
