- This patient visited our clinic with a goal of having a better looking , and a fuller smile. As it is our protocol in the clinic, we always assess the case, check everything and recommend a treatment plan. This patient had healthy teeth, cavity free, and his teeth looked nice (compared to our other patients).
Honestly, we had second thoughts on recommending veneers because of its tip top shape but upon further discussion with him, we have discovered some things about him and thought that we can push through with veneers to help him achieve his dream smile.
Our approach for this case was almost no prep, no anesthesia even! It is very minimally invasive, around .03 mm teeth preparation only. You’ll see in this video how we did it :)
After 10 days - we were able to complete the whole process and the patient is very pleased with the result.

i hope one day I could smile with confidence like this. I've been using dentures for 10 years now. "i actually lost one of my front teeth due to lack of taking care of my teeth, i regret all of the days i eat a lot of candy at my young age" and I could even talk too much since i have my dentures cause I'm scared that my dentures will fall if i speak i hope one day i could have (zerconia bridge ) but as of now it's impossible for me cause lack of money and I've been unemployed for about 1 and a half year now. and its actually hard to find a job right now for me cause I'm having a problem when it comes to my medical because of my teeth its actually pretty hard to have a problem like this

Edmar Avelino. 22 Y/0.This will be long kasi I was so devastated with what happen to my teeth. SANA PO MABASA NYO ITO. Natrauma na po ako sa ngipin ko. I had my braces for 5 years pero mas lalong nasira po yung ngipin ko. 2016 I had a root canal on my upper central tooth then after treating the tooth, my dentist advised me to have braces. So I had braces for 5 years but the problem is that last year, yung root canal treated na ngipin ko was reinfected (during the pandemic) and nag crack sya. Pero yung crack nya napansin ko na after 3 years of having braces. It might be because yung brittlesness daw ng ngipin ko especially naka braces ako but I think its because hinayaan ni dentist ko na mangyari ito since he left my root canal treated tooth open may butas sya at kitang ita ang medisina na nilagay nya. So failed ang root canal plus failed braces. So nung nag crack yung ngipin ko (root canal treated central tooth) napilitan si dentist na tanggalin yung upper braces ko na wala sa oras and since yung root canal treated na central teeth ko ay nag crack at reinfected, my dentist extracted it (February 9 2022) . Dito na ako na stress kasi nagparoot canal ako para masave yung tooth ko sa central especially nasa upper sya or nasa smile zone sya, pero after 5 years it was extracted. Sobrang na stress talaga ako dito the point na nabagsak ko some of my major subjects dahil sa kahihiyan. Now kala ko hanggang dyan lang yung problem but it worsen. After my central tooth was extracted, I felt something wrong with my lateral teeth beside the extraced teeth. Parang kakaiba yung feeling. Sinabi ko ito sa dentist ko at sabi nya baka dahil lang sa retainer ko kaya medyo iba ang feeling ko dito, so I stop using my retainer. Now since stress na stress ako dahil bungi na ako, Kinausap ko sina mama na mag pa bridge ako kasi I dont want to use dentures kasi ayokong mahalata ng mga friends ko especially I had braces before. Pumayag sila at dahil nakikita nila na nagstruggle talaga ako sobra. So kinausap ko ang dentist ko at pumayag sya. April 5 2022, pumunta na ako sa dentist ko para sa tooth preparation for my 3 unit PFM bridge. So during preparation ng tooth, inuna nya yung central ko. Sinunod ny yung lateral ko. But the problem was discovered. Since itong lateral ko ay may pasta, nung time na tanggalin ni dentist ko yung pasta ay may nakita raw syang pinpoint sa loob ng pasta, and may ipinasok syang diagnostic tool para malaman daw if infected or not yung ngipin. And to find out PATAY yung ngipin. Dito na ako umiyak. Kasi sobrang stress na ako sa sitwasyon ng ngipin ko dumagdag pa yung patay na ngipin. Lalaki po ako pero di ko mapigilang umiyak dahil dito. Kaya pala iba ang pakiramdam ko sa lateral ko kasi patay na pala sya. So within that day rin ay ni root canal yung patay na ngipin ng wala sa oras. Ngayon hindi lang yun yung problema, kasi habang ti ni trim yung central ko that time WALA AKONG NARAMDAMAN. Very unusual kasi dapat nangingilo ako, kaya my dentist advises me na magpa xray dahil wala silang x ray mismo sa clinic. So nag pa xray ako at nung bumalik na ako sa dentist ko with the x ray mas lalo akong nanghina dahil yung central ko based on the xray ay PATAY DIN. Gusto ko nalang umuwi that time at umiyak ng umiyak. Gusto ko na umuwi talaga pero kailangan ko pa antayin yung temporary bridge ko for 24 hrs. Since malayo yung bahay namin sa clinic ng dentist ko I asked my dentist if pwede makitulog sa kanila, so pumayag naman sya. Nabwisit pa ako kasi medyo late dumating yung temporary bridge ko kinabukasan, so after ko makuha, nnagmadali ako umalis. On my way home habang nasa van, umiiyak ako pero di ko pinapahalata sa mga co passengers ko. Nagabihan na ako makarating sa bahay (8pm) kasi ang late dumating nung temporary plus kailangan ko pa sumakay ng bangka sa apag uwi aside from sa van. Pagkarating ko sa bahay, pagkaita ko kina mama, umiyak ako na parang bata. It was my first time after childhood na umiyak sa harapan nina mama (22 na ako ngayon) kasi sobrang stress na stress na ako. Yung worry ko lang ngayon baka mag fail na namn yung root canal ng ngipin ko at baka ma extract na naman ito gaya ng nagyari sa isang ngipin ko. I have trust issues na with my dentist. ang hinala pa namin nina mama ay since yung root canal treated central tooth ko ay grabe yung infection kasi may dugo pa lumalabas nun at sobrang baho, we think na nag prgress or kumalat yung infection sa mga katabing ngipin. Now I dont know what to do. Andaming mga bagay na nasayng dahil dito. Sobrang laki narin ng gasto namin to the point na pati ako nag tatrabaho narin para hindi mabigat sa bulsa kina mama. To sum up, 1. I had failed braces 2 I had failed root canal treatment. 3. My central tooth (root canal treated teeth) was extracted. 4. The abutment teeth for my Fixed bridge needs to undergo RCT (surpised). Gusto ko lang maayos na ngipin ko kasi sobrag tagal na. Sana po mabasa nyo ito at mapili po ako, para before graduation po ay maging maganda naman po yung grad pic ko. Thankyou sir

Hello po doc. Pwde po ba malaman ung clinic nyo po kung saan? Sa lahat ng napanood ko ng videos dito sa youtube, sainyo po ako humanga. Baka kayo makaayos ng front teeth ko. May history po kasi tong ngipin ko nong highschool days ko. Accidentally nadapa po ako and nabanga ipin ko sa mesa namin, ung 2 ko na ipin sa front napunta sa ngalangala ko pero tinuwid ko agad cya and sa awa ng diyos kumapit pa cya ulit hindi natanggal. 14y.o pa po yata ako nun, pero tumatagal nagseparate ung 2 front teeth ko, til now im 32y.o na, nag ssuffer na po ako sa left front teeth ko kc umuuga na cya,nag dark color at last few months sobrang ngilo, ung feeling na parang ang sarap na bunutin ng leftside front teeth ko,, nattakot ako mabunutan.pero prng patanggal na cya kc naffeel ko na ung teeth ko na sobrang magalaw na,pero kumakapit parin,di ko nlng masyado pinpwersa at nttakot ako baka matanggal.
