Tailbone injuries aren't usually serious they're just annoying af. The worst part is you can still run and jump fine but it just hurts like hell. Look at Curry... so resilient.

One could argue that if you were talking specifically about impact to the game (and the way itâs played), that both MJ and Steph had considerably more impact there than LeBron, Shaq, or anyone else over the past 40+ years.

If Brooklyn hadn't stacked up (not complaining), Warriors could have been in serious title contention next year with Klay back and some moderate adjustments in the squad.
GSW should have treated this season as a development one. They could have turned their pick into a low lottery pick and added that to the Minnesota pick. That could have been two top ten picks in a loaded draft. That is how you reload for next season. They are playing Curry extended minutes whilst he is injured all for a push for a playoff spot despite them having zero chance of contending. He should not be playing whilst injured. He is trying to adjust the way he falls to avoid hitting the tailbone but this unnatural falling motion increases the chances he falls on his ankles or injures his hand.

@@ricehair8807 the consensus is that the 2021 draft is a loaded draft compared to the weaker 2020 draft. Obviously Cade Cunningham and Suggs and Mobley and Green are the stars of the draft but there are many other good prospects. These players aren't just good players for next year but the potential franchise players for the next decade. People have said Cade Cunningham could be Luka if Luka was a good defender now obviously that might be unrealistic expectations but these are potential game changers. These aren't just guys to help GSW win a championship but eventually replace Curry and Klay when they get older. These draft players could also be valuable assets in trades. I should add I was against drafting Wiseman. I was adamant that they should trade back and pick up an additional asset. I wanted them to trade the 2 pick to NYC for Mitchell Robinson plus the 8th pick. I would have used the pick to get Haliburton. If they had Mitchell Robinson and Haliburton instead of Wiseman the team would be much more solid right now. Many teams wanted Lamelo so they could have easily traded the pick for valuable assets. Another potential trade would have been the 2 pick plus Wiggins for Myles Turner and TJ Warren. Again that would strengthen the team more than a rookie centre. I think they should have tanked the season in favor of player development and then picked up a lottery pick to go with their Minnesota pick. You can draft quality players or trade the picks for established NBA players. Why try to compete this year when they are simply outclassed? Curry is literally playing heavy minutes with an injury for no good reason.

@@almac9203 what is haliburton and robinson position. Also, i was so frustrated about wanamaker. They cut him off late. Some people say damion lee is decent but from what i see his just a man that got to play because hes a brother in law of curry. Wiggins is decent but he has no dog in him. Oubre can be frustrating in terms of consistensy and he lacks the hustle sometimes. Looney is so clumsy.

Curry most likely adapted to using his backside instead of his feet to land on to save his ankles from getting injured more. Smart but now his tailbone is hurt it's gonna be scary watching him land on his fragile ankles again more often.
It's not worth the risk. This season is already lost. If he gets injured or stressed his ankles then he might be out when Klay is back. Does no one see that it would be better to sit him until he is 100%. Sit him and grab a second lottery pick. No more playing whilst injured and he also played 38 minutes today!

I hope to see the Warriors make some big moves during the offseason. Why the Warriors front office like Oubre so much is beyond me, to me he is a very inconsistent and overpaid player who should should have been let go at last month's trade deadline. Pelicans apparently offered Ball and a draft pick but were turned down by the Warriors. I'd take Lonzo over Kelly any day of the week.
