There is ring doorbell footage of someone at the Proudfoots' home taking out the trash, but no footage of Sebastian walking out of the house.
** The actions of the Proudfoots have made them look very suspicious since Sebastian disappeared.
What mom calls 📞 her husband instead of calling 📞 9-1-1 immediately to report her child missing?🚩🚩🚩🚩
Why has Mr. Chris been calling into live chats disguising his voice,but not out there doing everything that he can to try to find Sebastian, who Chris has claimed is like his son?
Why has Katie not been searching, passing out flyers, or doing everything that she can to find her son?

Notice how Katie didn’t want to say she was a “security system” installation technician, or talk about her work van when Nancy Grace asked her what her job was. Obviously, it would seem pretty odd for them not to have a security system of any kind in their home, and it would have been so helpful that night, if indeed, Sebastian had just walked out the door. For them not to even have motion sensor lights or any other lights on at their front door for neighbours’ ring cameras to pick up anything is also suspicious. Most other homes in the area have theirs on at night due to there being no streetlights and it being very dark there at night. Also, Chris was working out of town since early February leaving her and Sebastian there alone. I’m wondering as well if that “thud” she heard was the sound of Sebastian falling to the floor after being given an overdose of medication, (possibly accidentally due to him being over stimulated that day), and according to the layout in their home, the garage is closer to the living room than Sebastian’s room was (for her to hear the thud and be able to talk to him (supposedly). It also seems quite likely to me that Chris’s mother met up with Katie in the morning and took Sebastian into her car, hopefully alive, but quite possibly not. I think those people could be capable of anything.

@@accidentalgenius4654 I think sometimes they let things slip accidentally or even intentionally. It could be the truth, but she’s letting out that detail without giving the relevance of it, as possibly another alternative to their “runaway” story as most people aren’t believing it. They’re still going to push the runaway story, but the backup of an abduction from the home (someone broke into their home while they were out using just the key code, (perhaps that Sebastian had given to them, or perhaps she forgot to lock the door when they went bowling), thus leaving no evidence of a break-in. The predator could have spotted them at BJ’s, followed them home, hid in Sebastian’s closet, and taken him after Katie went to bed, possibly for child trafficking.
As for Katie mentioning the “thud” (in her second interview I believe), I think sometimes people will say something true when they’re fabricating a story, but they change the relevance of it. She may have told us that to create a backup for their original story of Sebastian just running away as they could see that most people weren’t believing them. The idea here, is to create more possibilities. Someone, for example, (wearing gloves), could have gotten into their home while they were out bowling and having dinner afterwards at The Roadhouse, (possibly followed them home from BJ’s earlier that day). Maybe she was distracted and forgot to lock the door when they went out the second time. That person could have then hidden in Sebastian’s closet, and the “thud” would have happened when Sebastian discovered him. He may have said everything was fine because he was forced to. After that, Sebastian was incapacitated, removed from the home after Katie went to bed, and then carefully walked to avoid camera detection, in the dark, to that person’s car, which was possibly parked at the construction site. Maybe Sebastian briefly got away from him and ran into the retention pond, but he caught him, incapacitated him again, and then covered up the scuffle the best he could. The reason for this abduction could have been that the predator may have noticed him due to the group of them there at BJ’s (Sebastian, Katie, Chris’s sister, and the niece), and Sebastian caught his eye as he was probably having a great time and quite excited devouring his “colossal popcorn”. That could have led him to become interested in possibly abducting him for child trafficking. This could be why there’s no trace of him. He could be overseas right now. However, this is just another possibility (aka reasonable doubt). I also like Peter Hyatt’s theory. But I still lean towards Katie either accidentally or intentionally giving him an overdose of “as needed” medication, such as Ativan, which can depress respiration, especially when combined with his other bedtime medications, and it is commonly prescribed for people with autism, even children, to help calm them down if they’re acting up (often due to having been overstimulated), or having a meltdown. Then, rather than them dealing with the possible accidental overdose appropriately when Katie discovered that Sebastian was gone (deceased) at 6:00 a.m., and called him, Chris may have come up with the scheme of the “runaway” story, perhaps because he thought that Sebastian running away (through no fault of theirs), would look better for them than even accidentally causing his death. Again his mother came to his aid (like she did before when Chris initially tried to get custody of Faith away from Nina). The main reason I suspect Katie is because of their first interview, when they were both laughing and not pleading to whoever possibly could have Sebastian to return him, as after having no sight of him for over a week and running away without even his shoes during the night, there would be a strong likelihood of that, if indeed, he had just run away. However, the fact that they did not have a security system when she worked for Brinks Security as an installation technician, had no other lights on around their house for neighbour’s cameras, (other than those on the garage, which were not on the front of the house), was living in a very dark area (no streetlights) on her own basically with her son in an expensive home, their weird behaviour, unscrupulous families imo, especially after hearing what Chris’s family did to Nina, and the fact that Chris possibly wanted him gone “right away” (couldn’t wait for Seth to take him), as he was trying to get custody again of Faith in an upcoming hearing that Sebastian could possibly have negatively affected the outcome of, leads me to believe that this was all premeditated, and Chris, the narcissist that he is, believes that they will get away with it, and is even enjoying his notoriety, confident that he, not Sebastian, is “duping” (his word), the police (and unless Sebastian is found, which he is pretty sure he won’t be), everyone else. It is hard for me to believe that Katie would have done anything intentionally to harm Sebastian, but I can never understand how any mother or father can. It seems though, that often when this happens, the reason has something to do with a significant other that they are either trying to appease (stop from leaving them) or hurt (for revenge). The answers to the questions “who, what, when, why and how” may lead to the “where” in this case, which is unfortunately, eerily similar in some ways to the Chris Watts case imo, but we’re all doing our best in whatever way we can to help Seth and the police find Sebastian, while hoping and praying for the best outcome, and that it comes soon.

Great show today Jay. Thank you Matt for calling in about your experiences with that family. Now I am left with more questions. The more we learn, I feel so bad for Sebastian. That family never deserved him and justice will come for them or whoever is involved. I hope Nina is protecting herself and her child.

For a narcissist wouldnt the ultimate win be that hes sooo wonderful he can break a mothers bond with her child to make him her 1st priority.
I don’t think TBI completely ruled the photo out. They are still trying to locate the individual in the photo, but they evidently have no way of proceeding further (i.e.leads as to where to go to locate him so they can rule him out or verify if it was Sebastian). However, you would think that they would put the photo on the news channels, including National ones, and ask the individual (if it’s not Sebastian) to call TBI so they could rule him out. For it to be left as a possible sighting for Seth, (could have gotten Sebastian back now if it was him) would be so frustrating for him, and maybe the only chance he will get (if it was him).
After listening to Matt I see why Nina is so frightened of those people😮
Man, watching the video of the little 6yr old boy smacking his head on that treadmill, the dad biting his head and him repeatedly falling down on it is absolutely awful. 😞 I sobbed watching it. Absolutely heartbreaking!

What if the day Seth and Katie went to view the video with TBI, they agreed to work together. That KP should go back to CP to have a better chance of finding him. Seth was happy after “viewing the video” and told everyone it was a trash truck.
