Touhou Project is a series of shoot-em-up bullet hell games developed by ZUN. He makes all the characters, art, programming, music and whatnot.
There are fanmade anime out there, such as Fantasy Kaleidoscope. There are also a lot of good manga/animations out there, my personal favourites being God Doesn't Play Dice and anything by MinusT.

@@-storm7-969 Fantasy Kaleidoscope is bad honestly, even if it's good you can feel it's limited even if the work is incredible the scenario is bad. It's not like the game. Maybe in the futur i should animate this...
