Haven't watched the vid, but yeah, it's one of the better rewards now - rather than going tribal (which is usually a 'good' couple of cards from each tribe, then engine enablers/fillers), you basically get one of the best minions from each tribe, and Drakkari - possibly a cycling spot on the board too, but it's not the kind of board/build that typically needs cyclers like dragons or eles usually do, and giving up a minion that's been hit with some +10/+10 or so buffs can be painful. One of the best makeups I've had for this one has been 5 minions with about 6 or 7 tribe types between them, Drakkari and Phaerix (good minion itself with divine shield, often gives out 2 divine shields during combat).
Edit: holy crap; I know we're watching Kripp here who isn't known for being competitive at BGs anymore, but how many people in the comments are ~6k MMR peeps that actually think this is a bad reward? XD
Normally I don't mind the whateverle games on top of BG's. However, I'm pretty sure if you didn't get distracted this gamr you would have finished the quest on turn 9 instead of turn 11 and you would have started buffing your dragon on turn 9 instead of playing it on turn 10.
Yes and him buying the quillboar that discards a spell only to spent his only bloodgem a second later is just infuriating to watch. He cares more for his stupid minigame than actually playing what pays his bills.

Seems like the quest is about on par with a non-golden walking fort. That's pretty meh.
Walking Fort hits 4 minions, that you have to have taunted (which is bad for the cleave style minions you often want to be hitting with this). This hits 7 minions, for a bigger buff, and you don't need them taunted. Also often buffs for +6/+6 or even higher. Not even comparable - though, given that this build excels with EoT stuff (and thus enchanter), stuff like Walking Fort and Charlga can make it better.
It's certainly not the best/most high roll quest reward, but it's definitely a good one. Maybe in the second tier of quest rewards?
What? +16/+16 costing a card on the board is on par with +36/+36 or +30/+30 without costing a card and without needing to taunt specifically the cards you don't want to be attacked?

This quest is not even good, he had insane luck in this game…
The quest reward? I haven't watched the vid yet and seen what he's done, but it is one of the better rewards. As long as it's a fast completion (which most rewards want anyway) and you get an Enchanter quickly, it's some fast, early scaling on some pretty good minions.
Edit: actually watching it now; do you mean the quest objective? Because yeah, 40 cards is pretty ambitious/slow, even with naga+quillboar to speed things up.

Jesus H Christ. Here we are trying to complete quests by turn 5 or 6, and Kripp is like "nah, I'll take a quest that takes until turn 11 to complete". Edit: lol, using that blood shard the turn he gets the "discard a spell for 3 blood shards" minion was priceless.
It is still a super trash quest.
What you are talking about is a quest reward, not a quest. The quest what you need to do to get the reward.
I hate to add to the RNG factor, but the point that he went against nguyen turn 1-4-7and11 shows that blizzard never fixed the dogwater luck of who you go against...😢 yes he does well but where is the variety??? Cmon...🙃

I mean it‘s ok if he do it in the stream, but I don‘t get it why every third to fourth YT video needs to be one where he can‘t concentrate on BG and play some boring „find a word“ game. Obviously a lot of people don‘t like it if I look through the comments!
