Van Camping At Chilliwack River: Healing Through the Senses

- This was our fifth van camping trip this summer since we traded our prius in for a van. Every time we've gone, the experience has been amazing and I am so glad I can take you along with me this time and share some of the magic with you. We went to Chilliwack River, BC. This would be the last summer camping and I look forward to camping in the fall!

Not gonna lie, I had a few tears 🥲 Watching Wolfie grow up, and seeing your family together, kind of gives me a glimpse of what my family’s future might look like. My lil guy just turned 1. This was perfect! I too had trauma in my childhood and now my brother is dying. I leave tomorrow to see him for the last time. It has really brought up lots of that old trauma as a family. But I have been walking in nature every morning and you are so right. Nature grounds us. Growing up it was the woods that saved my life and helped me survive. I'm glad I live in the country!!! Your sharing helped me today, even the quote. It was perfect. Thank you and please have a safe fun journey to your homeland. May healing be your journey as I am hoping it will be mine! What a beautiful family you have now! As do I!
