Good on you for sticking it out for 10 years. I think i'm at almost 4 years now, but i'm enjoying the process of learning about youtube & haven't uploaded too often so I can't expect quick growth. This is the first video i've come across where the creator hadn't become monetised in under a couple years, so it's refreshing to hear about channels that were slower to take off.
I just had the mindset to keep going and not give up. It shows that old channels can grow.

I just feel like CZcams selects only from certain countries to promote videos. I tried changing my content but its not really taking off like I thought it might

Hi! 👋Have you ever used the promotion button to boost views and subs? If so, is it worth it? My kids channel is my learning channel and I know there are so many restrictions because of COPPA Laws. But I will soon start different category. ...thanks for your content.
I have never used a promotion button to boost any views. I just relied on the CZcams algorithm and SEO.
The only reason I clicked on this video was the Thumbnail showing $0.06 made. It took me 18 months and 75 videos to get monetized. My first few days I was making $25-$35 per day and after that, 7 videos later, I now average $0.25 - $0.75 per day. I’m like WTH happened? YT just cut off impressions on all my hottest videos in one day. It’s a mystery.
Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will come back and it is a glitch. I believe we’ve seen some wonky analytics the last few days in the studio app.
@@TiffinysTales it’s not the Studio having issues, but YT giving out impressions. In June I had about 1 million impressions and in July I got 48K = 96% decrease. See how Aug does.
as long as it is a passive income everything is good, 80 usd a month is great as a matter of fact
