After cutting off his team's access to steel, Romania sends radios dipped in oil to convince the Axis that he is actually helping them, causing a massive placebo effect that inspires them to win the game.

Interestingly, one barrel contained a folded note. When the captain ordered his men to fall in, he opened and proceeded to utter these words; “Courtesy of the Romanian Sex Force”
Meanwhile at German High Camand. "Excellent news our new Radios have arrived from Romania!" Opens the box to find oil. "Herr Rommel, all these Boxes have oil in them." Wiped oily hands. "Then where in God's name are our Radios?"
