It's hard to make sense of the different styles without just listening to their albums. They evolved a lot and every album from Kid A on was pretty diverse, yet cohesive.
Each album has it own identity, incredible band, keep going you have loads of top tunes to get through

I was going to say, the intro reminding of Smashing Pumpkins, i don't remember what the song was called. And its true Rory you never know with Radiohead what your going to get. Radiohead is a bit like the Beatles with Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood being the main songwriters like Lennon/McCartney but the others in the band having their own input and occasionally being the main songwriter...
