Politics should be by integrity. The votes of the people must be firm in who they are voting for. The voting system votes must be real and without conflict, even if they are in a different political party. The politics if in a same family is highly probable to not be fake if there is many running for office because trust has been established.
If there is taking turns in voting, it must be in a political party so there is lesser chance for cheating and they must be the first to vote. The voting system should be legal enough to be passed in the government. The voting system is not without cause if it is for the people.

The election code must be revised to include this and political dynasty system. Meron nga term limits but families take turns in running for public office - it is a mockery.
