Love the lights mate, how's the egts with that turbo right next to the cooler
Heya, mate! My EGTs got really high without the intercooler so I installed one. My EGTs creep up slower now compared to before but then I realized I was getting heat soak from the turbo. Then I added a turbo blanket for the turbine and exhaust wraps for the downpipe. That dropped my EGTs even more.
Hey mate, well done with the GQ....you would benefit greatly from adding a bonnet scoop for that top mount IC.
I dig the ride, I've wanted one for years but I think you can improve on your series. Clearly you've been influenced by Ronny Dahl of 4 wheeling Australia which is ok but you have so much untapped potential to make your series uniquely pinoy. Maybe focus on Philippine specific terrain hurdles or the difficulty and cost differences of buying parts/modifying your rig from the pinoy perspective. Also consider adding translated sub titles for foreign audiences. Lastly you should note what rig is in your episode title, not just episode 1, 2, etc. I was looking for patrol safari specific videos and I stumbled upon your video by accident, if you had the vehicle name in the title you would have easily been one of the 1st videos in my search. Good luck and keep up the good work.
i appreciate this alot sir! i have a line up already for a truely pinoy build to feature in this segment. theres just not alot because mose builds and australian inspired:D
@@TheDailyGQ 👍🏽 it's OK to be inspired by foreign builds. Many Australian and U.S. built rigs have a lot of R&D in the accessories and products. OK lang gayahin ang foreign builds but share for example how the parts are imported or replicated. For this Patrol Safari I was impressed that the bar work was done locally. I'm interested to know the type of steel of the bar work, if it has rated recovery points, etc. Even if the winch bumper is only "for looks" that's OK but that's the sort of details I'd be interested in. Also I'd like to hear about local challenges for the rigs. Like how the rigs withstand corrosion being and island nation and how locals deal with the issue. Also for diesel rigs if they run secondary fuel filters especially with questionable or poor quality fuel in rural parts of the Philippines. These are just some questions I have that I believe your channel could explore in detail. Keep creating videos, Good luck!
🔥🔥🔥
thank you po maam hehe
Great Clip .. if more English would be better :)
