I dont play Tekken anymore. I am mostly a Nintendo gamer and a competitive Pokemon player(double battles VGC) who is currently playing Pokemon Violet.
I came here just for nostalgia. I used to main Jin back in Tekken 5.
It may not be the most optimal combo but my favorite one to do is
f, *,d,df,1. b,f,2,1. db,2,2,3.
Im just a decent player back then. If I play Tekken 8 today, I might end up doing outdated T5 Jin combos.
What I like about the character, at least in T5 because I think his moves got updated as the series moved along, is the fact that Jin is easy to use and learn.
If I am not mistaken, most protagonist of most fighting games are beginner friendly.
Yes, I took Jin from T3, because of this character I started playing Tekken. It has become more complex with each installment and in Tekken 7 it became much more technical to use than in its beginnings. In particular, I played Tekken 4 and Tekken 5 a lot competitively. Then over the years I got lost and like you I started making combos out of nostalgia, my videos show that.
@@yanglikong Thats cool! Yeah T5 is nostalgic. However, I currently own a Nintendo Switch and I cant affort a PS5 so I dont think I can hop on to T8.
My Tekken days are over but it was fun while it lasted.
I still remember that Jinpachi's stun with a fireball follow up is cheap as hell. Unfortunately, Ive heard that Jinpachi's voice actor passed away.
@@garchompelago You can play all tekken now on emulators on pc. You don't need to have the play5 to play even tekken 8.

Tio, sabes donde puedo aprender algún combo con Jin que sea un Death Combo/TOD?? O si existe si quiera. Ilustrame man, que quiero aprender a jugar Jin perfectamente en el tekken 5.
O si no existen Death combos con Jin, al menos escribeme los comandos de los mejores combos de éste video con los Sony Buttons porfa bro :( que no encuentro info sobre combos buenos de la comunidad. Ayer me tiré practicando pila de tiempo el 10 hit combo que te propone el juego con Jin pero solo para darme cuenta de que los bots lo interrumpen facil.
Revisa mis otros videos con Jin en tekken 5. Tengo algunos death combos.

Con la palanca en diagonal abajo hacia adelante, tienes que estar agachado. Ese parry es universal amigo, todos los personajes lo tienen desde tekken 4.

Ewfg + 2 con rayos. Debes ejecutarlo rápido para que te salga. Cuesta dominarlo. Pero hay varios videos en youtube que te explican como hacerlo.
Como hace para agarrarlo después del parry?
Es un movimiento especial. Me lo han preguntado tanto por años que decidí hacer unos tutoriales explicando en detalle la ejecución del movimiento. Hay 2 videos en mi canal acerca del agarre después del parry y del power stance para ejecutar el mental alertness.
