These are great insights into leadership. I really like the idea of putting your mission into practice - I think this is often where many leaders get it wrong. Leaders often forget that words don't automatically translate to practice.
Become the embodiment of your mission, vision, and values with your actions. Anyone can say radical candor is a value, but are you actively looking for and being constructive with the feedback you're given? You are the model for everyone else.

    1. Lead with genuine love and kindness
    2. Use evidence based results to guide you in determining what works and what needs to be revised

Then they feel close to me but not clingy so it's like I have this special relationship with the different individuals I work with but it's not tiring cause they know we got each other but not supposed to be together all time or when doing tasks. I'm 22 been doing my graduate training and I used to tell people to do things as my position required me to but all of the ones I was working with are asking me to apply for a job at the hospital cause of the special relationships cultivated at a healthy level.

Looking at the list in this video through the lens of consistency, the impact stands out... inconsistency with any of these will lead to frustration. Maybe for you, maybe for anyone counting on you - nobody is perfect, but the ability to appreciate and recognize where the best chances to improve can be found.

I own a school and tutoring center. I was wondering if you could create a playlist for kids without curse words. I think self-development should be an essential lesson and course for young learners. If they learn it now, they will build from the foundation with purpose and quality verses learning as an adult then wishing you learned these skills as a kid. I had my middle school students watch this video and take notes. We will discuss it further in class. Thank you.

I think, my leadership is more effective when I can be kind and considerate to my group mates. Like I can give clear instructions of what they will do, if they ask for help for a certain problem, I'll guide them, and if they really can't do it, I consider it and just do it myself. However, I have boundaries, if someone's not passing their task, I set an example that they will not be given credit for the school project strictly, and I scold them privately. I would give them tipamto improve and yeah, the all started to cooperate, even though I know some of them are struggling, I always welcome their ideas

Leaders are both teacher and student. Complement much more than you correct. Listen to what your people are telling you and find way to implement their ideas along with your. Reward self improvement and be the example of what you want in other.

What I learned as an Army Officer Cadet, to be a good leader you have to be a good follower. Let me explain the wisdom behind that. It doesn't mean to stand at attention yelling, "Yes sir, No sir, I don't understand sir !!!" It means to emulate the traits of good leaders, not just one. Being a good leader does not have one definition. Good leadership has many principles. It's up to us to learn what they are. So let's start reading 📚.

Just because some told you it was done, don’t mean it was done right.
Remember if you are gonna use it at any point or responsible for it and it’s wrong that’s your a**
Now your making it on the fly, stressing, complaints
    or
you can “spot Check” everything inshore quality is right thus credibility can be established to successful.
Eventually there’s no need to “spot Check” done is golden!!!
