One improvement would be to make the front either angled to one side, or have a point in the middle. That way the debris won't get jammed up in front and would be pushed out to the sides
Yea probably would, likewise if it was longer you could focus the weight on the tines more. I didn't want to go too deep since my soil is so rocky. I actually built a rock wall about 75 feet long by 2-3 feet tall using the stone I found on this 1 acre of land..

Would this dig a bit deeper and loosen up the sub-soil more if the front of the harrow was raised some, to put more weight/pressure in the rear tines?
