I have a few theories on who “They” is
1. FreeSmart
While Pin losing her limbs was not because of FreeSmart, the loss of her face and size was because of them. With Needle switching, it would make more sense.
2. The viewers
We are the reason the selected contestants got the prize, and we technically choose who goes home
3. The writers
They selected the prize and who would have their limbs removed, face removed, and shrink. They have the most “Power” out of anyone
The BFDIA 11 post-credits scene, makes me think 3 is correct.
There's the BFDIA 11 during-credit scene, and there's Fries saying Coiny should "message the emperor" after a Jnj joke, I have a feeling "they" would be the gods i.e. the writers

This is so proudly wrongful because of Pin’s no arms and face. But I can’t see in front of Pin until then, it’s compacted.

I think Pin sounded AI like because she thought about the hell side of BFDIA.

My psychic powers tell me Pin is trying to get to the trash compactor. Her voice at the end sounds like the voices used in the trash compactor realm. And, in the trash compactor realm, Pin had her limbs despite not having them in the current world. (and she said compacted so uhh yeah…)

i remember i was wondering what "compacted" could mean
i assumed it was some cool new thing that will be revealed at some point but also got confused about why the voice was like that for it

Compacted means to press something together in a tight and solid way, meaning coiny and pin would have to squish something together with their bodies to restore pin's entire anatomy. Judging by IDFB 1, we know that Pin gets their size and face back, but not her limbs as she used her colouring for it some time after BFDIA and some time before IDFB 1.
Also I think by compacted, I am sure they mean that they need to use one of the slammers from the charades challenge in BFDIA 9 to send them back to that realistic hellish place. This makes sense as Pin says "its far, far away" and also says "compacted" in the same voice that they had in the world.

I gasped so hard (I think my whole family might've heard it) when it said "compacted", Idk why Pin was still able to remember that place, since pencil and the other ones didn't remember anything at all, but HORLTWJERIQJEB Im so excited (and scared cuz of the realistic object.) for BFDIA 13! I honestly don’t know if leafy is happy about this or sad,because they had an alliance, but pin still chased leafy in the end of BFDI to early BFDIA with some other objects
This isn’t heaven, because Coiny and Pin weren’t dead for all those scenes and in heaven you can do whatever you want so pin would get her limbs, face, and size back, and Pin wouldn’t be asking to go back to hell.

Pin had so much suffering in BFDIA, being abused thrice for having his limbs and face removed by Puffball and Ice Cube, and shrinked her size by Ruby.
If FreeSmart is UFE in BFDIA 13/14, Ruby will be the next one eliminated in BFDIA 14/15 (possibly) after Puffball and Ice Cube in BFDIA 5 and 11 respectively, because this is going TOO far.
Because what they did is unacceptable, and those who did it to her gets eliminated as karma.
Pin deserves to get these back, she wants justice, and deserves to win Dream Island.

I just thought that scene with Coiny and Pin was some kind of telepathic communication that Pin established because she doesn’t have another way of communicating besides the ooze. She made the telepathic communication with Coiny because they both have a very close bond so it was easy to connect minds.

I just realised, when pin said "we get compacted" she was talking about the trash compactor!
I have a theory of bfdia 13! The trash compactors from episode 9 were in the running scenes in episode 12, and pin said COMPACTED. And when they were in the place they were after dying to the compactors, pin had her face, her limbs, and her size!
Coiny is so special to Pin he can end up in bed consciousness

When I watched BFDIA 12, I wondered what that scene with Coiny and Pin was and how it was even a thing. This is the first time I’ve heard someone call those scenes with Coiny and Pin, heaven though.
