Honestly Dr. Ben I can’t decide which one of your posted TRT sounds I like the best. I’ve been a total cricket convert for my TRT at home, however, this one ranks. In my office now - it’s damp and chilly out today even in May - so this is great. Thank you for everything you do.

The moment i played this, ringing in the ears seemed disappeared.But when i pause this,it starts again in the ears...Any solution to this????? It is just like ON and OFF....
Dr.Ben,,,plss help me out...how i can mask it off...it seems shifting from one ear to other....Here doc provided me the tablet stugeron plus and anxit 0.5mg for 10 days...but it is still the same...Now the sound is confined to my left ear......
This is very bothering when there is silence and at night i cnt sleep,mns it worsens in the night...but yes i feel normal and peace when i play this sound,Thanks for it...Should i contiue with this?? Will it go away???
Try using a fan and use sounds like this at night for you to go to sleep. over time u learn to adapt and manage it. it does get better. best of luck
